[Resolved] IQOR — Treat Staff As HUMANS not ANIMALS | |
This E-mail is sent by my wife to The CEO Of iQor. I suppose this email of mine will let u know the way iQor treats its staff once they are out of your organization without any prior notice given by iQor. As I had informed u earlier that my husband Nitish Thaman is sitting at home & have not been able to join any other organization because of the MENTAL & PHYSICAL TORTURE provided by Mr.Vineet Chaturvedi & H.R. Dept of iQor; has now reached to a point which is not accepted as human. I'm sure; even we humans have the right to live with Dignity & Respect. Which I'm sure iQor can never provide. On 30-Mar-09 when Nitish had requested Mr.Vineet Chaturvedi to change his team, since he being a top performer in Mr.Abhishek Surana's team; but he was not provided with any opportunity to prove himself. Can I get a valid Reason? On 8-Apr-09 Mr.Vineet Chaturvedi can change Jr. Agent Jaswinder Singh from Mr.Abhishek Surana's team to Mr.Shakti Sharma's team. Why this partiality? Mr. Vineet Chaturvedi had informed Nitish Thaman on 30-Mar-09 that Ms.Kriti S from HR Dept will get back to him in 1 week. We waited for 2 weeks & since we did not get any response from the so called HR Dept, Nitish sent an email to Ms.Promila D'silva on 14-Apr-09 regarding his Relieving Letter. Once again the dedicated staff of iQor did not even bother to revert back. On 22-Apr-09 my husband visits iQor to have a word with Ms.Promila D'silva. The Dedicated staff of iQor was so irresponsible that they did not even bother to have a word with him in person. Infact the guard Shailendra Singh said that Ms.Promila D'silva has informed they have received his TERMINATION letter in the month of April & he will get the relieving letter during Full & Final. If the HR Dept have received his termination in the month of April Than what was the VALID reason for not providing him his Salary for March 09 & Incentives for the month of February 09 on 31-Mar-09 as per scheduled date of Salary. Now let me add the CLAUSE of Termination according to the Company Policy described in the OFFER LETTER. Termination: Your employment may be terminated by you or iQor without cause with two weeks’ notice, and with cause without notice. According to this Clause can we get Clarification? Since u are the Right person, I would like u to take relevant & necessary action, so that not only us; but any other staff who leaves iQor should not have such Bad impact & so much of MENTAL & PHYSICAL torture; provided by the Dedicated staff of iQor. I would really be thankful i[censored] could reply to this mail for the satisfaction of my Husband who is in the State of Depression. I Nitish Thaman really wish that a very strict action is taken. My employment when terminated by Iqor Company ..It should have a cause & reasonable termination and of course with notice.
