[Resolved]  TVS Service Center — TVS service center - Bangalore

TVS scooty service is very worst in Domlor, Bangalore. They are putting worst spare parts. With in a week, vehicle condition goes back. But they are charging for each service more than Rs 800.

i serviced my bike apache rtr160 on 09 sep 2011 the service is very wost in kunnal moter, rewari (hr) they are put worst spare parts ( i change my bike clutch plate on service but after a week clutch plate was burn out). with in a week vehicle condition goes back. i went re service of my bike in proper way other wise i wll tke legal action...?

this impact is directy goes on company goodwill ...realy

Hi dear,

I'm a consumer of TVS Star City (self start) since 2006. My bike No. is AS-01/AB-4515. I have done all my free, paid and even extended paid servicing in your Authorised Service Center (ASC)

First of all, you ASC's online data is totally wrong. We have only one ASC in Guwahati, Assam and i.e. JOYSHREE TVS.

The problems are
1. The last PAID servicing took 6 long hours on 22.10.2011, and the actual servicing took only 45 min. I was waiting 5.15 hrs for the servicing of my bike. Awesome!
2. My Sl. No. for the servicing is 12.
3. There is no first come first serve system.
4. The Admin. people don't have good control over the mechanics of the ASC.
5. The washermen are total waste. They took around 45 min. to wash a bike.
6. People like me does not have so much time to spend for a bike servicing.

The questions are
1. Why Apache has an advantage/priority for servicing? We also paid for our bikes.
2. Why there is no first come first serve system?

Suggestion
You must open another one or two ASC in Guwahati, Assam. The JOYSHREE TVS ASC is overloaded with works and it effects the quality of the servicing. For instance, the mechanic forgets to tighten a note of my bike engine in the last servicing.

Conclusion
If the situation continues, I will definitely influence another 100 persons not to do their PAID servicing in an ASC of TVS.

I have a TVS Flame its have so many feature on paper but actual I suffer a lot due to this bike in last 2 years I spend more than 60000 Rs for service part through authorized service center. TVS service center guide me that I have to change this bike but resale value is this bike is pathetic its only 8000 Rs. So i decided to continue with this bike but due to parts not availability always in service center its always due... even I m going to court to file a complaint that if I had got any accident then this TVS company is responsible.

I am Veeresh Koppal engineer, once i visited your company on official purpose to see the implementation of TPM in your company. I have impressed by the organized way you are doing job there and purchased the TVS Flame Bike by seeing the features like Mail age:108kmpl; Look Road grip and technology.
After that i faced lot of problem with this bike viz, Starting problem, Mail age:30kmpl, Sailence pipe got damaged (Spare not avilability) Battry replacement, abnormal sound from the boke etc...

Please log the complaint and help in replacement on reselling the bike
Hope you will support, Other will you will loose the true customers like me

I am a owner of TVS scotty pep. The vehicle as such is good for my requirements but when even small problems come up, the service centers are HOPELESS in my opinion. There is no customer care apparently for me to fall back on!!! The problem earlier was with the air pipe and despite me pointing out the same, the service center gave a water wash and returned my vehicle!!! This time, believe me, I am running behind them to fix a simple oil leakage for more than a month and the issue is not resolved.

Howmuch ever good / best a vehicle is, after sales support is required for the users - So potential buyers! please pause and think before you finalise which vehicle you want to buy

TVS Shelar- They rob the petrol form the vehical when we give for service.So shame on them...There is no value for the work called trust for them and when we ask they shameleesly say they needed it for service purpose...but do they need tank full of petrol to service the vehical...?
So when you are giving for service to them have only adicvate petrol in your vehical...otherwise u know the result...

Dear Sir,
I have purchased TVs Star City bike latest model 4 months back but the bike performances is not happy because when I raiding the bike in top gear any humps or slow traffic shift to 3rd gear in the engine not smooth and it will off the Ignition. After taking 2nd gear it will moves. Each services I have been explaining these problems, but 3rd service better than 1 & 2 nd Services. After a 1month same problem and back wheel brake not good performance also adjust the back brake tuning but it’s not giving power brake (Speed limit 40 k.m.) Whom should I contact for these problems? (Earlier whatever above said I explained to the ashwa motors (bike purchased show room)
Please do the needful and oblige at the earliest.

I have purchased a new TVS Star City i . After every service i found complaint in the bike right now after EVERY free service bike is not running ok so again i m going to the services center of hENNUR RING ROAD . still after complaint services my bike is not running ok... MY tvs star city 110 cc bike, it has starting problem, and mileage problem . this bike is only a total waste of money... my bike TVS STAR CITY have many problems 1. clutch problem 2. sound in en. 3. tight gear 4. poor avg. i tell all problem to service man but i have no good effort after service only doing the wash...

I got my TVS apache bike and from the day one its battery was not working
I went to service center more than 5 times to complain this. Service center : "Matrix Tvs - TVS Bikes Service Center in Bangalore "

but all the times they give some story that battery not available and sent me back
twice they kept my bike but once just charged it totally which again discharged after 2 days
and once just kept without doing anything.

when i went to dealer who gave me, they say why i did service in other tvs showroom, and were complaining on them

they dont have unity among each authorized service center.

TVS as bike i like a lot, but the ppl behind it who does service and sales are pathetic, they should be trained for customer relationship, customer service and at least bike repair knowledge.

they only know to tell stories and keep the customer waiting..

pls can you provide a link where i can complain to court or tvs main authority.
these ppl should change else they are spoiling tvs reputation.

it shld not get such bad reviews just because of few unethical and under manager guys working there.
I bought my TVS Apache RTR 160 from Goodwill TVS, Anna Nagar on July 4th 2010.Within two weeks my fuel gauge stopped working. Thankfully it was under warranty and they replaced it free of cost. In september my clutch cable got cut while driving and it was a near miss accident. They replaced that too free of cost. In december again it got cut while driving and i got furious with it. I approached them with a complaint but they pleaded and changed it again. Then it was free of problems for till may 2011.But it was soon shortlived and my digital speedometer started malfunctioning for which i had to replace again. By now my bike had become very rough with poor pick up and high engine noise. I had strictly adhered to service at regular intervals which is also recorded in the service booklet .My bikes chain sprocket was worn out at 9000 kms in the month of june 2011 for which i had to end up paying. I am surprised a chain sprocket cannot stay for more than 9000kms.In mid june engine started developing oil leaks and there was vast amount of carbon deposits in the front top portion of the engine. I showed them and they put some paste and sealed it. My starter motor has problems but I am adjusting with kick start which also have to be kicked a minimum of 5-6 times. The gear shifting has become very rough and there is gear slippage as well. Engine vibrations are very high. Unusual engine noise. Rusting of parts especially the silencer . And I really doubt if the tvs service centre change my oil when I give for service. My problems never stopped with that. To add to my misery front and back brake pads got worn out at 10000 kms. Suspension started developing problems in nov 2011 and there was a front fork hitting noise everytime i applied front brakes. Even when i apply the front disc there is a screeching sound for which the service guys told me it must be because of dust and no amount of water washing had solved it till date. Even after changing the front disc pads it has not yet stopped. The switches on the handle bar has become very tight inspite of having taken so much care of not leaving it under the sun.My bike was always serviced at regular intervals, never left under sun or rain, never given to a second person to drive, never driven at high speeds too. Yesterday i.e 14th march 2012 my high beam bulb filament has fused out. My bike has run for very few hours in the night because it is always taken out only during the daytime. I am frustrated even the bulbs are so very cheap quality. The best part is every time I insist on written acknowledgement they fail to give which shows there is some foul play. Goodwill tvs in Anna Nagar are big time frauds. Its high time tvs looks into the matter before it becomes a major problem. I had a HeroHonda splendor earlier which was driven for 60000 kms until i solved it off. It was much better in terms of quality and never in my ownership of 9 years did it give it give me the trouble that the TVS Apache had to offer me.
Totally ridiculous, I'm highly disappointed with my Scooty Pep+ which I bought last October, 2011. Its hardly six month and I'm sick wid it. Race, engine, pick up...nothing is working fine. Get back to me ASAP...Don't know when you guys will hear... I'm not getting any result from service center...They say its fine, bt ask me how much trouble i m facing. Its in home since last 15 days and not even starting up. Can some hear me there...
I had bought tvs wego at 30th nov 2011 from SK TRADERS subhash nagar, new delhi.Now wego battery is not working and no one can exchange it.Please do somthing about it.contact me on [protected].
Really this is the worst service station, really there is no responsibility for anybody, even they dont keep thier commitments.overall they dont understatnd the value of time.there is no responsibility ethics, i got serviced my scooty PEP from there, they have checked and told that there is some engine problem. they almost changed the engine, i spent RS 10000, on engine, but after a month of hardly after running 500 Km, again there was same problem.i dont understand, what they have done, .again i have visited the showroom, they didnt gave me clear picture about the money i need to spent again, and they took around one week to check.after the committed time, when i have called they replied, that they are checking, they got repaired the ingine two times, sa per the words of Mr. Kiran, i dont know, who is kiran, but he told me.and after even more than four days, the committment they have committed, they didnt gave the scooty.
so i am very fed up with the service. most important there is no responsible person for checking this type of/ behaviour/mistakes/faults and all.
please provide me some contact no.s so that i can complaint, if anybody have.

I am living in jamnagar gujarat.I am having TVS APACH RTR160... Here servicing centre is AUM AUTO only .THERE servicing is not good and not timely... and bad behaviour with customer... Here should be one more servicing centre..Please initiate necessary action...Dring my bike servicing they don't have changed my bikes engine oil..please do something..YOU r loosing your customer by this... ALOT people are fed up with this servicing station.
I HAVE PURCHASED ONE TVS SCOOTY FROM KOLLAM AUTHORISED MAIN DEALET(OMRAJ TVS, PALLUMUKKU, KOLLAM-691001).IT IS VERY DAS TO SAY THAT THE SERVICE PROVIDED IS VERY WORST.A PART OF THE SCOOTY WAS DAMAGED.EVEN AFTER ONE YEAR THEY HAVE NOT ORDERED AND SUPPLIED.THE VEHICLE WILL NOT DELIVER IN TIME AFTER SERVICE.WATER WASHING IS NOT DONE DURING SERVICE.BEHAVIOR OF SERVICE STAFFS IS VERY BAD.MORE TO SAY...BUT STOPPING...BECAUSE OF NO RESULT...
I bought a TVS scooty streak from Annapoorna Centre, Hoodi, Bangalore just exactly a year back. Right from my first service, I kept them complaining about the starting problem. They kept telling I need to charge battery. I thought at least after third service things will change. But, it got worst. When we were adamant and asked them to change battery, the service incharge guy harassed us and disconnected the call. The worst ever condition. Whom should we contact. Please advise.

I'm having TVS Wego (TN 40 E 7896). The service in Mettupalayam center is too bad. i leave my vehicle (Job Card No: 5800 dated 4.03.2013, Expected Dly date:06.03.2013) for changing side trim before 20 days but still they dint deliver my vehicle. while leaving fuel is full but now there is only 1.75 litres. Everyone is complaining about their service but there is no proper response from them, their service is also worst and time consuming.
Facing display problem with speed meter. This bike I purchased just a week ago on 3-5-2013. Plz do the needful.

for tvs sevice center at main bahajanpura redlight, workers at tvs sevice center, they ignore the customers and says they can't resolve your problem please goto the another service center of tvs ... they never work during duty they always free to see the t.v at service center . both bill maker and the work they always ignore the customer please change these workers and bill maker give the chance for the people who diserve the duty for seving the service to the customer..
