[Resolved]  TVS Service Center — TVS service center - Bangalore

TVS scooty service is very worst in Domlor, Bangalore. They are putting worst spare parts. With in a week, vehicle condition goes back. But they are charging for each service more than Rs 800.

hello Mr tvs, please get me a apache 180 chain kit..im waiting from 2 months...i searched all over Bangalore...
tvs spares sucks...
TVS do worst services.. I gave my Apache for servicing... they broke side pocket lock.. this is the 4th or 5th time im facing one or the other issues..
finally i got a sprocket, thanks to TRITON MOTORS BANGALORE(hebbal)...
I have serviced my old model Scooty by Basaveshwaranagar branch service center. they tell they dont get any parts for the particular model. and the condition of the vehicle got worse sfter the service. When went to complaint against this they behaved very badly and didnt response at all.

Nobody shall go for buying the TVS vehicles.
I gave my vehicle to Basaveshwarnagar branch Bangalore for petrol leakage.after the service it was still there and some some sound was coming.When i went again they told they didnt get the part. and they did something to the vehicle. aftyer this the condition got worse.

My vehicle is making sound like ambulance. whaen i went to tell that they didnot responce properly. they dont know how to behave with the customers.

If company dont have the parts why dont they rebuy our vehicles?

this is suryanarayana j i purchased t v s sports bike 14.6.2010, my veh no is ap 28 bm 5118, in m d h showroom banjarahills hyderabad, regularly i went their mdh workshop khiratabad, hyderabad city my problem was same as no rectification thier side, i talk to local engineer one time they said but no use, actuval my problem is engine getteing sounds and chain sprocet sound low mailage low pickup this is my problem can you suggest local good authosied workshop

Yes it true TVS is crap company. I purchace tvs Wego 3 weeks back from tvs dealer kalamkar motors motors. and I am still strugling for getting registration number from him.

I pay full amount in cash and every time i call them they say it is goverment work. I can understand RC paper can take time to come but they are not even able to provid the Regitration number.

Never go to at least kalamkar motors Hadapsar Pune.

TVS TEENZ ELECTRIC — BACK BRAKE FAULT

WE HAD PURCHASED THE VEHICLE ON[protected] FROM SURYA T V S KUNNAMKULAM AND ON[protected] GOT BACK BREAK COMPLAINT AND SUBMITTED TO CENTRAL T V S SHORNUR ROAD THRISSUR ON SAME DAY AND THEY AGREED TO GIVE EXPECTED DELIVERY ON[protected].
THEY INFORMED US THAT THE BREAK SHOE CARRIER PLATE WAS JAMMED AND WHILE DISMANDLING IT BREAKED AND THEY INFORMED US THAT WITH IN 2 WEEKS THEY WILL REPAIR IT. BUT STILL NOW IS IS NOT REPAIRED, ON ENQUIRY THEY TOLD THAT THE PART IS NOT RECEIVED AND ALSO THE VEHICLE PRODUCTIO WAS STOPPED. PLEASE INFORM US WHAT TO DO REGARDING THIS MATTER. this is vijay patil i have purchased TVS wego at 26 feb 2011 from Kalamkar TVS motors Pune.I have facing no of problems when come for servicing.Today 23 july 2011 i provide my wego for 3rd servicing with complaints like wheel jam, avg checkout and speedometer but when i got my wego at evening the problem is same there and i asked theri technician don't know the name but he was not respond positively and told i don't know about this i[censored] have any complaint so come tomarrow to collect ur wego and the language of this person not coperative but ruddish just like doing UPKAR on customers and say i am ready to provide otherwise come on tomarrow.
Overall the service is very thirdclass and hopeless.

This is the worst service provider by TVS COMPANY SERVICE ( Bangalore jayangar 2nd block)
Since i purchases Tvs starcity, there is no prpoper service done by people. am paying through ECS, once its been bounced but these people never gave a call for intimating us, they given only toll free no, i cl=alled up several times but no response.This is what TVS is... Now i need to pay extra charges..
SVS TVS Automobile, Chennai. i have serviced my scooty last month July 30th i have serviced my bike and they have charged me Rs.4710. Yesterday while traveling in a Bye Pass road from Ambattur to Mathavaram, my bike stopped suddenly with some noise in engine. and didn't start after that. i have rolled the vehicle for about nearly 7kms. i don't know what they have serviced. They are collecting only money and they don't have an idea to service the vehicle properly. while servicing the vehicle i have asked to check the Break Switch i think they have replaced it but after 3-4 days it was not working. and all the screws and nuts are not fully tight. i have found the bolt in the shock absorber which was not fully tighten, only 2 threads were in tight and i asked the representative, he gave a irresponsible answer that you can ride the vehicle and it wont get loosen. i think this not fare. and Petrol were taken from the vehicle while servicing. I think the vehicle should be water serviced when servicing, but i can see lots of dust on the vehicle. They are making the customers wait more than 3-4 hrs. they were sending the message that your vehicle was serviced and you need to pay money. when i went there i have to wait for nearly 3-4 hrs to get the vehicle. don't know why they have send the SMS with out completing the task. I just want to bring this to your notice that what they were really doing in the service station. and they charging the money for changing Engine oil, i think it was included in the service. i have seen a display board in the service station there it was oil changed was included in the servicing cost. but they were charging for it. don't know whats all about this. this how they were doing for all customers. on the same day when i got delivery another customer was complaining about the key chain lost and petrol was not the same as when they left the vehicle. Please take some action if possible.
I HAVE APACHE RTR 180 WITH DOUBLE DISK, WHEN I BUY 180 HIS DRIVE WAS VERY GOOD AND COMFORTABLE BUT AFTER 1ST FREE SERVICE I AM FACING NUMBER OF LIKE SELF DID NOT WORK OR BIKE DO NOT START, AIR FILTER IS NOT CLEAN.THE SERVICE VERY WORSE .MY MONEY IS WASTE IN BUYING 180 RTR, I SHOULD BUY FZ BECAUSE SERVICE OF TVS CENTER IS VERY... BAD.I NOT SATISFY WITH SREVICE PLEASE KINDLY SEE MY PROBLEM, I AM FROM JAIPUR RAJ (SHARMA MOTORS).

pls tell me I have purchased my bike (RTR160) since 2010 and my bike number is UP80-BM-8728 but my battery is not given proper backup I have also complain but he says your bike miter reading is 27000 so I can’t change your battery. So sirs pls tell me my bike is under warranty.
TVS Scooty pep+ is having many problems in all the ways, i have purchased a scooty pep+ just 3months back but people cant believe almost every alternative day i took to service center, it has been giving so much noise and there is no pick up and so on, more than 10 times i have given complaint regarding this issue to many TVS people but till now no body had solved this problem..problem is not only with manufacturing but also the people and their service, if i keep on telling means full page wont be sufficient so sincere suggestion from my side is not to purchase any TVS products and DONT SUFFER LIKE ME
