Sir, I had applied for a pan card on 25/2/2008 at Basti (U.P).But I had not still received it .My application no for the provided pan is[protected].Due to it i am facing problems regarding other sector in daily work. I, Bijali Sarkar of 310, Modern Park, Greenfield Apartment, flat: 4, 2nd street, Santoshpur, Kolkata: -700075 could not receive the PAN Card which had been sent to me, through Speed Post No.: -EW[protected] IN via Santoshpur Post Office, Kolkata: -700075 (D.S.O) because I was gone for my monthly medical check-up at my daughter’s resident.
I am requesting you to please send it again to my address & obliged me to consider this matter sympathetically.
