The following FDRS with you in my name and my family members fell due for maturity on[protected].Discharge receipts were sent long back.Till date maturing proceeds not received.Please look into the matter and send the same.The money invested is for the purpose of my children education. Do not delay further.

This is ridiculuous. My fixed deposit receipt duly discharged was received by you'll on 22nd July, 2011. You had told me normally it takes 21 days, you will try and get it done earlier, but now 28 days are over, still no sight of our fixed deposit maturity cheque. Last week when we called up, we were given the POD No. Only for the interest cheque, even that has not been received by us.
Now we are going to Consumer Forum and also Unfair Trade Practices Forum. We know lot of people over there. We will do the needful. We are also going to claim for the interest for the delayed period. We understand how bad your management pratices are. We are very annoyed with M/s. UNITECH LIMITED.
Now we are not going to keep quiet in this matter.

A no. of request for early release of money. This was discussed with your Avinash about 1 month back and it was promised after going through the records that payment shall be dispatched positively within next 2-3 days. Thereafter request were made and getting same reply that your cheque is under dispatch but nothing has been received till date.

Looking to the numerous complaints, it is time that the depositors should unite and take up the matter under RTI act.

With reference to the above mentioned subject, I have an objection to the payment reschedulement plan and am totally against this, as it is a breach of the conditions mentioned at the time of investment.
I had invested this amount with Unitech for some period with a specific plan in mind and now the same has got totally upset. Hence, it is very difficult for me to arrange for alternate funds as my FD is already Matured & it’s been more than six months that I have not received the maturity amount & also I have committed to someone pay the fund by 30th April 2015 as due to the delayed payment schedule, I will not receive my funds on time.
May I, therefore, request you to kindly do the needful as early as possible and oblige.
