I have purchased 500 units of Children's Gift Growth Fund Unit Scheme 1986 on 25. 08.1995 under the name of Master Parth Dubey S/O Deepak Dubey, C/O Surya Narayan Mishra, House Number 81 - B Sector Indrapuri Colony Raisen Road, Bhopal 462021. The date of Maturity happens to be 13.05.2015. Till year 2000 I got communication from the UTIMumbai. After that no communication has been made from UTI. My unit Certificate Number is[protected]. Please inform me about the status of the same.

Take your certificates & go to the UTI technology branch near you or find out on internet,
show them your documents & ask for how much units are showing in their server & Investment ID,
Then get Redemption form & Form for issue of new Dividend warrant,

then you will need
ID proof
Residential proof
Cancelled cheque

& you are done..
