Dear Sir,

In my daughters name ( Rency Mathew ) we have 3 unit certificate of Children's Gift growth fund unit scheme-1986 ( clause 8 ). The number of her unit certificate are[protected],[protected] and[protected] . First two are of 2500 units the name of applicant is Kora Mammoottil Sam and Thankamma Sam, and the third is of 1000 units the applicant name is P.G Mathew.
We were getting money back twice in a year i.e. March and September. In 2007 October we moved to U.S, before comming here we mailed you our address change, but still the cheque is delivered in our Thane address. That house we have disposed it. After we left we got one or two cheques which was redirected to my in-laws address by one of our neighbor. I have e-mailed several times, but did not got any reply.
My request is that please send the cheque to my in-laws house they will deposit it in our account. Those cheques we have not received, did we loose that money or is it added to our account. Please let me know if you have noted this.

It is understood from hyderabad office Axisbank cheque no: 34305 dated 1.4.2004 for Rs.5279.00.Till date we did not receive the above said cheque. 10th March2010 we have applied for duplicate cheque at hyderabad office receipt no:3502 dated 10.3.2010. I had purchased 1080 Units from UTI (Childrens Grown scheme) in the name of my son Kumar Christopher Sunny on 17/5/93. Its maturity date is[protected], whiich is on the 21st birth day of my son and the maturity sum is Rs. 100,000.
Much is heard about the UTI and it existence of non existence. This is the only investment I have in the name of my son and I had done it with great expctations. I would like to know the present status of the Units, What all I have to do for availing the amount, what are the documents that I have to provide and to which addess I have to send all the docuemnts. Besides I would like to know how long it would take for the reimbursement. as He needs this amount for his education purpose. I am senior citizen. Throughout my life, I had to change my dwelling thrie-four times.
