[Resolved]  Uti Pan Card Service — NON RECEIPT OF PAN CARD

i, ravel singh, as individual have applied for the correction in pan or request for changes in pan vide acknowledgement no [protected] on dated 25.09.2009 but i could not received any postive response for the pan card what is the reason behind it.

i majid ali as individual have applied for the request of pan/correction in pan vide ack. no. [protected] on dated 25.09.2009 but till i could not received any pan card what is the reason ?

My PAN card inquiry responds as my PAN card has been delivered on 12th January 2009 on my address of correspondance, but I've not received it till date.
so plz check and respond.

My comments on non receipt of PAN card are as:
* During filling up of Forms spelling mistake occure which are not checked properly.
* Mailling adress is not given correctly.
* All entries are to be filled up with black ink including signature.
* Pasted photograph should be coloured and distink of recent passport size.
* If form is not filled up by the applicant, at the time of signature, applicant should checked for correct
spelling.
* Fathers name should be in Full.

I applied for a new PAN Card for correction in my Date of Birth and also submitted the relevant documentary evidence including my School Leaving Certificate (for correction) on 19/09/2009 under Coupon No.[protected]. However after elapse of a consideration period, I have not received my PAN Card till date.
