i hav apllied for the pan card having appplication no[protected] and the coupoun no is[protected], 07.01.008 at UTI service centre vashi(navi mumbai). The PAN tracker of the website is displaying the fields as NULL. Kindly look int o the matter and do the needful

I applied to UTI for some correction in my present PAN CARD which is full of mistakes such as title , dt. of birth , father's name , identity photo not visible etc.on 22.08.07. but till now not received anything. On enq. in net , it is showing only "under process"till date . Pl. shelp & show me some way to get the same earliest . Details of Pan Card are as Pan Card No. AGWPR7618H , CSF No.[protected] , Coupon No.[protected] dt. 22/08/07. attached with School leaving certficate & Pan Card Photo copy . I had applied to UTI for some correction in my PAN CARD No ALVPB9138J which has spelling mistake in my name. Instead of Meenakshi Balasubramaniam it is printed as Meenakshi Balabubramaniam. So far no response for my complaint. Kindly help me in getting the same corrected as the PAN is considered as an ID Proof for many transactions.

I have PAN card issued by Director of IncomeTax,New Delhi, it is not reflected at any site while checking the pan status.
How can I know the same ?
What can be the way to change the name though the PAN card was issued 10 years ago......

I have applied at UTI service centre,Ahmedabad for fresh PAN card on 28.12.2007 & i was informed about my coupen no[protected] & PAN card no. on BRRPS0956G & status on web against my coupen no is showing that pan card has been dispatched by post on 28.01.2008 but still i have not received my pan card & i have also checked nearby my post office i am helpless to find out from there also my pan card with out dispatch document no. pls let me know dispatch details aginst my card.
