Time and again I am telling you that I never apply for any redemption. While going through your attached statement It is surprise to me how you have redemped on 31/01/2008 without my specific request. It is a unit linked Insurance plan and it is very serious to transact in my account without knowing to me. What about balance amount and why it was not send to me on maturity? I already send you a letter by courier which you might have received by this time. I am going to serve you first notice on 23/11/2009 if you are not taking it seriously. Please send me copy of my specific request at my cost if you do not mind.
