V-care — ignorance and indiscipline of the executives

This complaint is to inform you about an mobile agency named "ORIEN TELE SERVICES(V-Care)" operating at "CB-217,ring road, Naraina, New delhi-110028" . This agency a customer takes while purchasing a new handset and this agency also ensures that it will change/replace the handset if they are not able to repair . Actually this agency pick the handset which needs repairing from customers house and deliver that to the consern service center. and after the phone is repaired by the service center it again pick that handset from the device center and deliver it to the customer. But this agency is loosing it efficiency + the way of talking to its customers. I"ve given my Samsung phone to them on 15 of februrary and till now i hav"nt got it. in this period they have return the phone to me thrice without being repaired.. and i ve returned the phone back 2 them thrice.. Like any customer would did i have sccholded them and now they are saying that we will not deliver your phone to your house and instead of it they will deliver to that shop from where i"ve purchased that handset..Always this agency takes the phone and return it after a month or a one an a half which is complete violation of their own terms and condition which states that we will deliver our handset within 14 working days.. This is the third time im writing the complaint regarding V care .. I want this agency should be fined or a case against it should be registered in consumer court that it always cheat its own consumers.
This is an urge complaint do take notice as soon as possible and suggest me what should i do .
