V-care — Stay away from this one

Please refer to my complaint for repair of mobile phone, IMEI No. [protected], Company Name Samsung S Dous 2, Dealer name Rhythm telecommunication, Invoice no. 776, Purchase dated 25th Mar 2014, V care serial no. 38349, vide job no. 19682, dated 5th May 2014. In this regards, I am to inform you that inspite of my severer telephonic complaints, I did not receive my mobile phone. Sir, it has been more than one month and it is very difficult to remain without mobile. So, I kindly request you to please look into the above matter and delivered my phone after repaired. I will be greatful to you.
