In this regards, we are to inform you that inspite of our severer telephonic complaint, we do not received our mobile phone. Sir, it has been more than three month and it is very difficult to remain without mobile. So, we kindly request you to please look us the above matter and delivered our phone after reapired. we will be greatful to you.
