[Resolved]  Value Consulting — Cheating, Molesting Female Employees, Non-Issuing of Relieving Letter & Non-Payment of Salary

Dear Sir / Madam,

We are around 15+ Ex-Employees of one of the company named Value Consulting whose detailed content in brief is noted down. We all are helpless and are not getting any help from anywhere. We would appreciate if any media can listen to us and if the same can be exposed in the newspaper.

Following is the brief story..................................

I was working for a company called Value Consulting who is into following business
1) Recruiting Business
2) Processing H1B VISA
3) Software Implementation.

Value consulting as published everywhere possess office in USA, Singapore, Europe & in India (Mumbai). The company operates from several places and run their operation locally as well as globally.

There are around 20+ cases filed against Value Consulting by more than 15+ Ex-Employees including Male & Female for cheating, molesting girls & forcing them to drink & go to parties and keep client & Directors happy, to keep boss happy by doing favors. Other than employees who are no in doing favors to the bosses been thrown out of the company without paying Salaries. Even all of them have not been issued the RELIEVING LETTER, reason & intention of the Director behind this is - None of them gets the JOB in the market and their life gets ruined and spoiled.

This has become the regular practices of the Director of the company and he says that he keeps all the POLICE in his pocket. After getting bugged up with the Police Station round up, we also moved to the political parties, but nothing is working out. As a labor we also donot have enough money to go round & round behind the court against Value consulting.

Value Consulting main strength of finance is Foreign Revenue which comes through processing of H1B VISA and retaining IT Skilled professional in US under their payroll. This revenue is routed to india by several means may be officially or unofficially. All this money is used in distributing money to several officers in india to safeguard their company and their life. Value Consulting Books Of Accounts of last 5 years if, opened for Re-Assessment, Income tax & Service tax department may find huge GAPS of TAX evasion.

Value Consulting is not afraid of Police nor any law as with all his money he is taking advantage and spoiling peoples life.

There are several FIR & NC filed against Value Consulting but till today no action has been taken by the police. Altogether 15+ Ex-Employees Salary to an amount of Rs 22 lacs is due since last 1-2 years. Several letters & application in writing has been given by the Ex-Employees Male & Female about the character and attitude of the company and also the incident was clearly mentioned, but it seems everything has been into dustbin or the file is closed. All Ex-Employees view about the police is may be they got bought-out by Value Consulting.

Value consulting, the Director threaten to kill if any Ex-employee go to office and ask for Salary & Relieving Letter and also threaten to KILL & make my life and career horrible. He clealry says to every Ex-employees that he can go & fall upto any extent, if he decide to ruin any employees career. He also says that with the STRENGTH o[censored]S money, he has a very good connection with the DON and he is not afraid of anybody as he can buy everybody with the POWER of MONEY. All this incident was reported to Police and no action till date had been taken other then filing a NC.

As a CITIZEN of India, today we feel that it was better we were the SLAVES of BRITISHERS. Even after INDEPENDENCE, everything is happening openly and police have been given no rights to take action against such culprits and there is no thorough detailed INVESTIGATION & INTERROGATION from any of the police end against such culprits.

It is really SHAMEFUL to be called and live a HUMAN-BEING life. Though we are HUMAN-BEING, but we are treated worst then like a ANIMAL and poor labor in INDIA had been taken for GRANTED. Media wants MASALA to publish, News Channel wants something EXCITING news to show, but real news like this, nobody would like to highlight.

A B CONSULTANT — email statement not recd even after repeated requests

I hold an account no[protected], I have subscribed to the e-mail daily statements, which has stopped coming to me after 2nd of July,
spoken to the customer care n-number, executive Vidya and Prakash assured me that this would be resolved in 24hrs of time, then spoken to Rajni or someone who was the supervisor on floor on the 8th of july who told me clear cut that they wont be able to help as there is a technical problem, now the question is no-one in the cell knew there is a technical fault except the supervisor
the supervisor also said they will take more days to resolve this and abt 75 percent people have subscribed to this service so we do not have a solution to this
I expect an answer to this from the bank
current accounts where the transactions are daily, how can a person keep a track of this without the statements and if there is a fault which i have my doubhts then why i was not informed in the first call

can i expect a solution to this now ...

sal finance consultancy public ltd — not transferring the promised amount

Dear Sir,
The company mentioned above has launched two plans 1) 1.5% daily for 120 days 2) 20% p month for 10 months
both the plans are for the amount of rs 10000/- and in multiplication. I alongwith my friends invested in the co but it is not payinf as promised on the 10 20 and 30 of every month.they have not transferred even a single penny upto today they are playing with the emotions of people. The socalled BOSS of the co is Mr Ashish Lokre of Nagar district . my friends and downline is torturing me for it I have to sell my own house.
please help e to regain my money as promised and catch the fraud people. Thank you.
There are tons o[censored]nprofessionals like SANJAY KHIMSERRA who know to wear a tie but have no sense of corporate world and behaving professionally or have competence to perform their job.

Such people do not do proper handover when they resign and expect Organizations to provide them Clearance / Relieving Letter

This post is so true by Sanjay. Hats off to you my friend.

Apart from whatever is mentioned I resigned from Value Consulting in May 2010. I had done a proper handover. which Value is aware off. The handover was taken by an AVP and a lady HR manager. However, till date no experience certificate, outstanding dues are not cleared and form 16 has not been issued.

Whosoever is the HR manager who replied to Sanjay's post I wish to ask him what kind of corporate fundamentals do you follow?

Totally agree. Kudos to my excolleagues who took an initiative to highlight it. we need to screw Value Consulting for their deeds somehow.
Sanjay knows much than this HR Manager. This HR Manager is also like the Director. And all that Director is nothing but a "Barking Dog Seldom Bites". Both the Director & this HR Manager are good for nothing. All they can do is hold salary, relieving letter. We all strongly agree to Sanjay's post & we all are there to support him.
I agree on all the above statements and also believe about Sanjay. Putting up on net does not give you the right solution. What a common people can do? Does everybody have real time to invest in screwing up his happiness. The answer is no. But yes, if they come together they can definitely do wonders. Send this mail to everybody right from PRESS, CBI to mantralay. Send it to all kinds of community out of which this issue will be answered by some one or the other. I am saying so and I, myself will definitely so the same from my end but if everybody starts sending the same, it should create a recall value. JUSTIFY WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. Dont just sit back and start adding sorrow and pity thoughts. It does not make any sense. If you guys want to screw his happiness then might as well plan together and aim for it. If a person like Harshad Mehta can be put behind bars with right kind of evidence then who the hell is he. Your thought should be firm for the same.
I also think we should All other employees let us record everything, .all employees should send mail also pass this mail ID to as many so we have strong case..send [protected]@yahoo.in
who is this "HR Manager" accusing sanjay ?
it only takes couple of jokers who masquerade as HR and one arse hole who calls himself "General Manager" to take people for a ride
Take positive action. All the ex-employees have to come together and record every infraction of the HR Manager and Director to the minutest details. Record the time and date of every event. The girls especially have to come forward. This is the 20th century and this is in Mumbai. The city of the civilized and helpful people who have weathered everything from terrorist attacks to storms to bomb blasts. There are people from all communities in this city and this is a knowledge city. We cannot, must not and will not tolerate such arrogant, barbaric behavior. The girls have to come forward, they cannot afford to remain quiet, only then will the case be strong. Get a good lawyer and ask them to bring Value Consulting down after getting everyone together. There cannot be any turning back. File a petition with the Labour Court for wrongful termination, sexual harrassment, violation of contract for non-payment of salary etc.

I have gone thru ur post today so would request you to approach the Labour Court!!!
Instead of fighting on these sites all the ex-employees need to come together and lodge a complaint against the Company in Labour Court... Its lil bit tedious but you get results if you have a strong n firm base i.e. written communications like submission of your resignation letter, acceptance of your resignation letter, even though you dont have these proofs you can approach the Labour Court and Justice will be done... PATIENCE is the key word. The Labour Court office is in Tardeo near the AC market... Or else walk down to the TOI or MM office and meet the highest authority possible n dont move from the premises until someone acknowledges your protest. All the 15 of you guys go together... JUST BE SURE THAT NO1 FEARS THE CONSEQUENCES AND ARE READY FOR WHATEVER COMES ACROSS n you bet JUSTICE WILL BE DONE...

Eagle Software Pvt.Ltd — Not paying salary to employees

Dear All,
I am facing the problem of my salary from last 2 months.I am the regular employ of the company and my PF and Professional tax is also deducted from my salary.I have not been paid for the month of October and my expense are also not cleared from the month of May 2010.
If my problem is not shorted then I will file a case in labor court.
Thankfully i read this post..I was offered good salary by this company and i was about to join. But some people did tell me about such things happening out thr. So i was just trying to research over the net and came across this forum. This will help a lot in taking a proper decision now. Thanks to all those who have complained here.

I am totally disagree with the comment posted above for the Value Consulting. Because as far as my experience til now with this organization was good and the working environment is very much supportive in all aspects. But one thing is real that this organization is totally performance based if you perform better then there is no one to stop you from what you deserve.
I totally disagree with the comments mentioned above. My experience with the company is very good. I am being Promoted from the Sr. Accounts Executive to Accounts Manager within the Span of 1 month of time period. Also i get my paychecks regularly on time. I believe that this company is truely performance based, if you perform well than you deserve to grow and if you don't perform, then ...
I totally disagree about about this comment, value consulting is a professional organization and always rewarded performers.When people leave without giving any notice period or absconds from work, do not have right for asking for relieving letter.
My experience with the Value Consulting is very good.the work environment here is very good the employees are motivated to perform well The person who is willing to do hard work can go miles away here the person who has right attitude, willingness to take challenge, high aspiration can look forward to this...
I totally disagree with the comments posted, I was promoted in this organization to RM within six months time and only criteria for this was my performance.We get all our payments on time including incentives, any special prizses announced by management from time to time.
"Value Consulting is like my second home. I feel that the people are like family members. It is nice to be working somewhere that you feel comfortable to be creative and challenged all at the same time. The support system for each other is another great aspect of working at Value. Value is the best workplace that I have ever had in my career. The management wants to see their employees succeed and help in any way they can. My work is challenging and exciting, and meaningful beyond measure. I am truly blessed.
