[Resolved] Value Consulting — Salary on Hold an Indirectly Harrashment | |||
am Mr.MahendraChavan recruiter of Value C consulting INC. I have been told by Value management including HR Manager Avinash, Director Nivedita and Assistant Resource Manager Nishant that I have revealed some internal information to Okaya Inc management which had caused Okaya to hold INR 25 lakhs of payment of consultants who belongs Value consulting. I have been asked by Value management after conference call with me on 7th August 2012 to leave office immediately at 1.15 a.m. IST due to above mentioned reason.I have been also told that Okaya claiming that they have some evidences which shows I have revealed information to Okaya and Okaya management informed this to Value consulting due to which Value consulting hold my one months salary and variable cost and put me on hold till they complete investigation on issue. Sir I have humble request to you please let me know if Okaya has any proof of this incident which shows that I have revealed any internal information of Value consulting to Okaya management. I have been in contact with Himanshu Pandey recruiter of Okaya in regards of P.O. of SuchitaLaxman and as per my knowledge I never ever discuss anything else other than placement of Suchita Laxaman with anyone in the Okaya including Himanshu Pandey. This whole incident caused me embarrassment in front of all staff members in Value consulting which have caused mental torture along with financial harassment to me. I have recruited 25 employees to Value consulting. Each and every employee is satisfy with the work environment that's the reason over here everyone is working smoothly. i have gone through your records and as per your previous CRIMINAL RECORDS we dont think so we have to argue anything on this.

If you are still working with this company than please beware once you plan to leave this company this company will start accumulating your money as deposits giving you silly excuse and not going to pay you the salary when you will ask for your payment they will stop responding your email and phone.Untill you are in project enjoy, once you are off the project they will keep all your money and stop responding .you will feel like banging on wall and you will never ever going to get your money .they will adjust there account they will revoke h1b without letting you know and showing you are not working with them . even you will have proof and invoice and timesheet of client no use. they eat my 40 thousand this way
So beware.
