[Resolved]  Value Consulting — Non Payment of Salary, Form 16 and Experience Letter

Agreed to each and every word mentioned by Rahul about this so called company without Values, I feel pity knowing their business and running contracts have gone down by 50%. I am not even sure if these guys would be able to survive for a long time under the great guidance of Mrs. Handa or I should say Mrs. Bhatnagar (Tentative). I feel they are doing a great a job in fulfilling the wishes of the employees who have been a victim of the company's Modus Operandi. Mr. Sawhney must be in a real fix realizing the growth of the company the other way round, this is what happens when you don't listen to your honest employees and depend upon the love birds to run your company, wherein they are only capable of crawling with the attitude they keep.

Mr. Sheldon, I am not sure even if you are a current employee or just a Sham profile created. I would be more than happy to learn about your definition of Long Term Stability and would like to know about the stock of clients that Value has, as far as I remember the stock of so called clients were 0 when I was an employee of Value. Since the ship is sinking and so are the running contracts I am wondering for how long would your Long Term Stability would be steady. I believe you have the same morals and ethics that the company has is the reason why you feel it's beneficial.

For -lickers it's always a Friendly work environment because you don't work and lick all the time. I am sure that Mr. Sheldon was forced to write such a comment if he exists or the probability seems that one of the current employees have used this name and written good comments on the instructions so that the reputation of the company still endures.

Definitely "Value Consulting" is a brand for all the best bad rhyme and reasons for which sooner or later the culprits would pay.

If you are still working with this company than please beware once you plan to leave this company this company will start accumulating your money as deposits giving you silly excuse and not going to pay you the salary when you will ask for your payment they will stop responding your email and phone.Untill you are in project enjoy, once you are off the project they will keep all your money and stop responding .you will feel like banging on wall and you will never ever going to get your money .they will adjust there account they will revoke h1b without letting you know and showing you are not working with them . even you will have proof and invoice and timesheet of client no use. they eat my 40 thousand this way

The situation you came across is a part of Value's standard practices and have been doing the same for a very long time and that's how they are still in business by feasting on the consultant's hard earned money. As per the U.S Law a H1B Employer has to inform the employee before revoking their Visa as it would allow them to look for an alternate or the employer would have to buy the employee a airline ticket to their home country once their Visa is revoked. If these things are not communicated then you may legally file a complaint against them. Would strongly recommend you to file a complaint against them on http://www.ice.gov/. This would not get you your money back but would definitely save a lot of good people's hard earned money who are or will be a victim of these sham activities.

Truth is both Ashish and Manish started business with intention to grow it but

1. Lack of experience
2. Lack of ethics

got better of them. Manish is womaniser so he lost it there...although Ashish is also same...he is an NIT Trichy grad and later studied in the US, there real business may not ever be known possibly money laundering. Ashish has tried runninng multiple companies value conulting, business pointers etc etc...some of the ideas were good also but for execution.

Now filing H1B and not refunding money is the new found thing for past 2-3 years they have found.

All prospective candidate - find any other agency to file not value consulting...they have no systems or processes what so ever. I tell you many of past candidates H1B appli was not even filed (I was an insider).

All positive reviews are fake - either here or glassdoor...there was a complaint regarding cheating and molestation (on conusmer complaints) which value consulting got blocked thru depart of IT, simply because claims were found to be unsubstantiated - possily because the person who alleged all that never came forward and department of IT got it blocked.

All positive comments are written by Ashish or his stooges - they will show as if a candidate or a consultant who is working with them currently is happy with them. Ashish you also know in this world people will not take time to write negative and will never waste time to write positive feedback... anyways well tried

I requested value consulting to pay my hard earned money several times, but they refused to pay me. Worst company with disgraceful ethics. My wife had been with company for close to 4 years since October 2011 to December 2015 and she was not paid even 1 cent of the delta between 80% of the hourly rate and the base pay. They owe $40000 and don't answer calls. It has been emotionally and financially distressing for my wife and me. She even traveled 1 and half hour one way to her client work place while she was pregnant and yet these monsters fail to pay. This employer should be punished and we need to ensure no one else undergoes such agony.
