The MD is such a big insecure fool who gets a high on calling meetings in the conference room daily for hours and only talks about himself saying that he is most knowledgable and knows each and every topic. Everyone agrees and nods their heads, says "correct, correct" and then once we are out of the conference room, everyone says what a useless and zero knowledge dimwit our MD is and we all laugh to our hearts content. Not one employee talks good about him, not even the oldest peon, his adopted VP-fingering who is kept as he allows his to be kicked so that the "boss" can remove his daily frustration or even the old pervert. The last two people will anyway never be employed elsewhere, so they have no choice but to be there. Of course we all know what the ex-employees have to say, everyone wants to delete their experience in value consulting and have only negativity and bad energy for the MD which will get to him sooner rather than later, I am sure.
