TATA INDICOM PHOTON+ — Speed is very poor.

Dear Sir,
I am a user of Tata Indicom Photon+ and My account Number is 97593885, My Photon Number is [protected]. My Name Vikash Kumar from Patna Bihar. My Tata Indicom Photon Speed Is Very Low. I inform Tata Customer Care but They are not take action and send bill. There service is very poor. My Monthly rental on this photon is Rs 1100. Please take action and help me.

i 2 facing same problem speed is 2 poor night times it wont connect also

I am Abhi from Sonipat(HARYANA) i bought tata photon whiz 2 months before and it is worst internet service i ever use. when i go to retailer he told me that it will give speed of 15-20 kbps and it is very good but it is totally waste of money i also contact nodal officer of tata but he did not help me in this issue. Sometime it speeds go very low that i have to disconnect it

i m 4m shillong...i would jst like to request to enhance the speed of tata phonton whiz as it is vry low... i wud say in detail ...its speed is only 153.6 kbps... plz do somthing or the costomers wil skip from tata phonton whiz becoz it realy nt benificial!!! humble request!
