[Resolved]  VIAN INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. — Refund against Cancellation of Plots at Vian Hills, Indore

I have booked 2 plots in VIAN HILLS, INDORE in the year 2006 as prelaunch booking but after many months no progress was remarked and launching was delayed for long time as a result i had cancelled booking of one plot in March 2007 and another in April 2007 and submitted cancellation form along with original receipts with receivings of the same. Afterwards I had called Vian Office ''N'' no. of times and each time due to insuffciency of funds/internal audit/festival season etc. they postponed refund to 3 or 6 months and after that period new person comes into picture and total procedure starts from zero and that officer follows the same procedure.

It looks that the company is not having intension of returning the booking amounts and Im very much mentally harrased. Consequently Im making complaint of the company and said company may please be directed to return the booking amount along with intrest at the earliest.
