Subject:- Complain against M/S Vian Infrastructure Ltd. for VIAN Ganga Haridwar project

This is for your kind information that I had invested my hard money approx Rs.3.30-lakhs ( Three Lack thirty thousand Rupees Only. ) in Haridwar plot project in M/s Vian Infrastructure Ltd before 4 years.

My costumer code is H-1671. But company not given any registry for the land and in fact Plots not allotted. I am sure they may not have any approvals for construction.

Company is changing offices on regular basis and as on date it is not traceable. It was last seen at Rangpuri Mahipalpur Delhi. All associates who were working earlier either they left or gone underground as no one picking mobile calls. They were traceable couple of months back on following numbers [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected].
Company not having any landline number from last 6 months. When company was at Jhandewalan-Delhi having number[protected]


I had lodged my complaint against M/s Vian Infrastructure Ltd couple of months back but not found any action .So I humbly requested to you please reconsider my complaint and try to refund at least my amount and they must be prosecuted.
