I have booked one plot 120 Sq Yard @Rs.2590/- per sq yard alloted plot no. D-99 booked in Vian City Jaipur (near Chaksu) on 19.08.2006 & final payment made on 14.10.08 total amount paid Rs.310800/- but till date not give any land...

I have Booked a plot in Vian City - Neemrana project From Builder M/s Vian Infrastructure Ltd in Dec'06.

I have paid 50% Payment of total amount (3 lacs) till Apr-2007. Still there is no construction work started at the proposed site.

Now builder is neither responding and agreeing to return back my money & refused to cancell the booking.

Matter is pending since...

i am also a buyer of a plot 120sq.feet in haridwar, i paid allmost all instalments but company is not giving possession whereas they gave possesion after 50% payment according to their agreement, when i went to the mahipalpur branch in delhi (khasra no:616, near telco service station, rangpuri, mahipalpur, new delhi) then i saw there many buyers, some of them were for not given allotment even after registry, some were fighting for refund...

I had booked a plot of 120 sq yard at Vian Infrastructure Limited Haridwar , customer code- H 1121,
name-ganga prasad. FULL PAYMENT OF PLOT IS 3,87,600/- FULLY PAID & a plot no.-53,sector-II is alloted to us by Vian Infrastructure Limited and they promised to handover the plot within a period of 6-9 months,but now when i am calling all the phone nos. of vian are not valid and also i came to know about

If the company is not giving back our own hard earned money & is either - DEDUCTING or DELAYING the refund amount (instead of paying interest on the refund amount), let's join hands & proceed against them in the harshest of harshest manner & reply them in the language in which they understand.

Hard pressed we can move to courts, police, media & even CBI (& believe me, we SHALL BE heard everywhere)....
