i am also a buyer of a plot 120sq.feet in haridwar, i paid allmost all instalments but company is not giving possession whereas they gave possesion after 50% payment according to their agreement, when i went to the mahipalpur branch in delhi (khasra no:616, near telco service station, rangpuri, mahipalpur, new delhi) then i saw there many buyers, some of them were for not given allotment even after registry, some were fighting for refund of money. in case of refund company is not issuing demand drafts while they issue cheques which dishonored. the director of the company is in jail, now in this case what is the remedy available......
