[Resolved]  VIAN INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. — NON RECEIPT OF REPLY/BOOKED AMOUNT TOWARDS PLOT BOOKED AT VIAN HILLS INDORE

We have booked two plots at VIAN HILLS,INDORE vide application serial no.6973 and 6974 in the name of Mrs.Kanta Diwan and Kailash Chandra Diwan respectvely through the company's authorised agent M/s Krishna Associates,New Palasia,Indore on 18/12/2006,An amount of Rs.32,400/ and Rs.19,440/-was paid for which provisional receipts were issued by Mr.Nitesh Soni of M/s Krishna Associates.Subsiquently after numerous follow up the above co.which is based at New Delhi issued Receipt No.10518 DATE 07/0/2007 in respect of only one plot of area 1800 sqft.No receipt is issued/sent to us in respect of other plot of 1080 sqft despite several reminders to indore/delhi office.The co. has their regd. office at 14th floor,Vijaya Building,Barakhamba Road,New Delhi110001.We have taken matter several times in writing as well as verbally over phone as regard progress of the work,confirmation of allotment of above plots as well as return of booking amount .However,there is no reply received by the company in this regard.The companies office at Indore is also closed and not accesseble.This appears to be a cheating/fraud by both company as well as Mr.Nitesh Soni of M/s Krishna Associates.We therfore request that suitable action be initiated against both and our hard money is reurned with interest as well as suitable compensation for the inconvenience caused to us.Thanks.VIJAY K.DIWAN
