Not functioning for last more than three months.
My washing m/c. is under breakdown for more than FOUR months. The complaint was lodged to the dealer, company mechanic, Lucknow Service Centre of the company and Customercare of the company by telephones and e-mails several times.The complaint was attended by company mechanic before DIWALI, but the m/c. did not work. This was due to wrong diagnosis by the mechanic. Again followups were made with Customercare and, as aresult , a mechacic came and diagnosed the balancing ring faulty took that with him for replacement purpose, assuring to come back after three/four days.It is more than 20 days and I am waiting. In the mean time I have contacted cutomercare by phone and e-mail but their response is poor.The Complaint No.earlier given by Customercare is LUC 0411090412, Dt:04/11/09 and the new complaint no. is LUC 0212090291, dT: 02/12/09.Warranty was upto 20/10/09.This is TOO MUCH.It appears that company intetionally dose not want to repair the m/c. I am highly dissatisfied with VIDEOCN and it's services.It is important to mention here that the repair of m/c.was unsuccessful within the warranty period and is to be repaired under warranty period only.
