[Resolved] Videocon Industries Ltd. — no response from service centre | |
i have purchase the videocon washing machine two years back since then three time machine parts has been replaced .this time one more part was replaced but still comlaint was persistant in spite of repeated request to service center no complaint has been looked off & there is no satisfactorf responce from service centre. I am vijay jain we have given the compaint few days back my compaint no is HYD[protected] We have taken the washing machine from DIGNITY ENTERPRISES, R.P . ROAD, SECUNDRABAD on 29.01.2007 bill no :006892 Videocon washing machine model5500 as we have spoken at this number for rectifing the problem of the machine which they are telling that the macanignizem have to change the cost is of rs 3800=00 phone no: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
the machine cost is rs 9300=00 { Inclusive of 12.5% vat tax }
Just we want to know that if the company is manufacuring this type of the machine which will work for 2.5 years to 3 years and giving the warranty for 2 years what we can expect the performance from videocon industries ltd, and not geeting any type of responce from them as have talk to the person at they said that we will do somethink but afterwards they said sorry we cant do anythink you should pay for that. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE ANSWER
So we are mailling you If we will not get anytype of answer from yours side then at the top we will write the letter and inform that please send the message to all of the person not to use the videocon washing machine.
If we are paying 9300=00 and getting this type of trouble then we are not happy with this brand,
As in the market we have listen that videocon products is ok but the service and profomance is not good in the market, the person in the market is telling to take LG, WHIRLPHOOL, IFB, SAMSUNG, GORREJ, ETC... ARE MORE better than Videocon,

I have purchased washing machine from Bhubaneswar on 7.11.2005 with 5 years warrenty period. PC is not available and my washing machine is not working from last threee months. There is no reposne from service center or Local head office in 126 Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar.
Can I get a replacement or repaire which is possible. But I am told this is not repaireble so pl take action for replacement.

Water not Drain.
We are also facing same problem just like other customers. We have purchased DIGI Aqua full automatic washing machin in Jan 2010. In the same month our machin was not working we called to customer care they gave MR. AMOL KARALE'S Number & he is the person who is alway gave us commitment regarding repair but he only doesn't not aware about what was exact problem. And we are very very fed up about there services. & We had decided not to purchases any videocon products in future & also telling to our relatives & friends.

Videocon Washing Machine — No response of service complaint
I was purchase semi automatic washing maching in Jan'09 from M/s Shishil Electronics, Ghaziabad. My machine is not working and I made a complain to 15 days back but no one has attended me till now.Every day I make call to them and get assurance that problem will be solved today but that "today" has never come till date.
Can you reply what should I do to get my W/m working.
