[Resolved]  Videocon Led V32530hg — Supply of defect peace and non attending of complaint.

Sir,
I purchased an LED TV of Videocon in the month of Apr 11 and same was delivered somewhere in the third week of Apr 11 and installed in May 11 by the company representative. At the time of delivery as well as at the time of installation I asked the delivery person from Vijay Sale, Mira Road (E), as well as the installation person from videocon industries that why the "Picture is not clear". For which both of them repled that it may be because of the fault of the Cable to which I believed in good faith. I being a Military Personnel I never expected that persons from Vijay sales can ditch some one like this. The people from vijay sale fooled me due to my beliefs.

Due to my service problems and my family problems I could't give due consideration towards the problem in the TV. Without doubting the Vijay Sales people of the Videocon people, I kept on scolding my Cable TV Operator. At times the Cable TV Operator used to come to my house and unluckily I was not available. Finally in Aug 11 he came to my house when I was present and simply plugged out the Cable wire from the TV and shown me the dizzle appearance of the blue background. He appraised me that I have been supplied with TV by the Vijay Sales which has a manufacturing fault.

I lodged a complaint on 14 Aug 11 at Videocon customer care centre of pune given on the LED Packed. When not attended I again lodged a complaint at Mumbai. After many calls, one mechanic attended the complaint but he said that some part of the TV is required to be changed. This non-bothered attitude of Videocon service centre went on and on 14 Sep 11, I called up the Vijay Sales and complaint them and asked them either to replace my TV or get my TV repaired at the earliest. They also kept on hanging the issue. Lastly left with no option, I took the TV personally and handed over the TV to Vijay Sales Mira Road (E) from where I received the delivery, with an option to either repair or replace the TV.
Sir, they also kept my original bill and on repeated questions he acknowledged on the photocopy of the original receipt. Sir presently they are saying that still the mechanics are checking for the parts.
