[Resolved] Videocon Split AC — No Customer Support From VIDEOCON | |
I have purchased the VideoCon AC on 12 April, 2008 from Electronic Bazaar in Lucknow, UP. The very first day when it was installed by the Videocon executives it has started leakage.And since the water leakage is continuously coming.I have made complaint around 20-22 times. Now the customer support executive has also told me that it should be replaced now I am asking which type of service is provided by VIDEOCON. I have contacted so many times to Mr. Piyush from Reliable Customer Care, Lucknow, Up and his phone number is [protected], he is not listening to me. Now I called up to Mr. Maurya Service Incharge Videion in lucknow and he is telling me that he is waiting for Mr. piyush repiles. This is really very frustrating and poor service provided by VIDEOCON as compared to other brands. Since April i have been continious complaining about our comprassor to the customer support executive but no action has been taken.

i am complaing it for several times but there was no replie I really regreat to say that VIDEOCON has very poor service.

vediocon aplit ac — Indoor unit is not functioning continuously and no chillness
1)The indoor unit of Vediocon aplit ac is not functioning continuously and frequently it gets off and on automotically. This happening for one hour continuously after switch on the ac in night 9.30 onwards.2) Only air is coming out of ac and it is not conditioning the air properly and hence no chillness is there in the room. The room size is only 10/10. The capacity of ac is 1.5 tons. Eventhen it is happening.
Kindly rectify it immediately. We are suffering a lot with out chill air.

Right from purchase, the ac is not giving cooling effect. We don't feet that we have ac and we are in the ac room. Very frequently the indoor unit is getting off and on automatically afterswitch on for one hour.
I made a complaint to the service centres so many times. But no response. They are attenidng phone and saying we will come. But no body has come so far and attended the problem. Hence this complaint.
Kindly do the needful atleast from your side.

I had registered a complain in the month of Nov 09 with the custmor care since there was some problem in my AC the complaint No given to me was HYD-[protected], However no body came to attend the complaint than, again i lodged complaint and this time a technition from Cosmetic CO Climatizer came and took some of the parts from my AC which he said was defective. However till date the parts has not been replaced. I had again lodged a complain and this time the complaint No given to me was HYD[protected] with assurance that somebody from climatizer will certainly give me a call which never happend till date i dont know hw many time i have called the Cosmetic CO Climatizer but nothing had moved.

Its the same for me also, I boufgt my videocon 1.5 Ton A/c after paying 100% in advance and after 10 days of this scorching heat My A/C is not connected, One person refers another and then he to other, its like a marygoround, no body bothers to reply or take care of situation.
Please do not purchjase anything from NEXT Retail, they do not listen after you pay.
