[Resolved]  VISA Money Transfer — Money not transferred to beneficiary

Dear Sir/Madam,
This complaint is for your reference.

Like every month, I have made a VISA MONEY Transfer from my ICICI savings account to my registered HSBC credit card on OCT 02. The transaction was successful as per the ICICI website that day and my money debited. But, till now the money has not been credited to my HSBC credit card account. Because of this i am being charged late payment as well as interest charges by HSBC.

This issue has come to my notice today noon. I immediately tried to contact the ICICI customer care for lodging a compliant but sadly i found no help from the phone banking customer care service. Tried almost 3-4 times calling the ICICI customer care, every executive whoever picks up the call after listening to my problem simply says 'your call is being transferred to the concerned department' and the call eventually disconnects. I really was not happy with the phone banking customer care service.

Hence, I would like to lodge a compliant in regard to this issue via an email.

Please consider this as a very HIGH priority issue and scrutiny the transaction.

Sub: Non transfer of money - Reg.

Dear Sir,

with reference to above subject, I Would like to inform you the on 15th of May 2010, I have Tarnsfered an amount of 1] Rs. 1500/- 2] Rs.13500/- through Canara Bank ATM Card which is a VISA Debit Card, With the help of Visa Money Transfer Option, to my Bank of Maharastra Card, which is also a VISA Debit Card, The transection was sucessful and I got the ATM slip, but till date the amount of Rs.1500/- & Rs. 13500/- is not showan in my Bank of Maharastra Account.

I talked to the Canara Bank Manager, he told that the amount has been debited from your account, you have to chek with the Bank of Maharastra, but when I talked to manager of BOM he said that we are not able to trace out, hence the transaction is not showen in your account, you talk to Canara Bank Manager, they will tell you where the money has transfered. When I talked again to the Canara Bank Manager he told me that he is helpless & sujested me to talk to the Customer Care but the customer care people are unable to shortout the Problem.

Please help me to short out the proble as I have to pay my college admission fees and if I am not getting that amount in time, my admission my be cancled.

Treat the matter as most urgent
