[Resolved]  VisaBillPay.in — Not functioning

Hi,
Checked out big flashy banner on most sites like ICICIBank.com saying you get Rs.50 off on each bill paid thru visabillpay.in

Hello...this site is not even opening also no Ping to this site is working :(


I checked out why...was about to faint to see that this site has its SSL Certificate expired :'(

Poof...if they can not provide the service then they should not be putting those attractive banners to make visitors see 'Can not open page'

I tried from 2-3 different ISPs for the sake of curiosity that many times ISP blocks some sites. (Like one I found most famous IMDB.com is blocked from Airtel broadband.Reason unknown)

As per various ref. from net, I see this visabillpay site has its Certificate missing since more than a month and they are not at all caring about the huge customer base with them.
