These guys said they will pay the bills for mobile, electricity etc. I registered with them and paid my first mobile bill through their online site. At the end of transaction they said the transaction failed but the amount got debited from my bank account. I tried to contact them and I get a surprise reply that they done have address or contact number. They always reply to my mails after one week saying the transaction never happened.
