I had set an auto pay for my electricity bill payment. I get a notification from visa bill pay that there is a new bill for payment. Now when I log in there is no bill pending, nor is there any bill in the scheduled bill for payments, nothing in the past payment or payment in progress tabs. So I write tot heir customer care contact email id [protected]@billdesk.com and the reply is as under The following message to <[protected]@billdesk.com>...

Visa Credit card payment

Hi,

I have used this visa bill pay from my kotak account, but the amount has not been credited to my account after 2 months also. My bank(kotak) saying that the transaction has been success from their side and the amount sent to VisaBillPay. Since no contact number for VisaBillPay, dont know whom to contact next.

Also, I don't know why the banks opting such services when they dont have any contact details...

Cheating

These guys said they will pay the bills for mobile, electricity etc. I registered with them and paid my first mobile bill through their online site. At the end of transaction they said the transaction failed but the amount got debited from my bank account. I tried to contact them and I get a surprise reply that they done have address or contact number. They always reply to my mails after one week saying the transaction never happened....

Checked out big flashy banner on most sites like ICICIBank.com saying you get Rs.50 off on each bill paid thru visabillpay.in

Hello...this site is not even opening also no Ping to this site is working :(


I checked out why...was about to faint to see that this site has its SSL Certificate expired :'(
