Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

Vodafone — Callous response from the customer store

Hi,
My name is SUMIT KUMAR. I had got your sim 4 years back in jalpaiguri. I USED to be a proud customer of your service. But what happened to me during the last 3-4 days has totally changed my view regarding your company. I am having the problem of rejection of my simcard for the last 3 days. I tried to contact your customer care first but could not get any help from their side. Then i went to your store at DLF Newtown and told them my problem about my sim being rejected. Instead of solving my problem they kept trying to influence me to have a post paid connection and even offer to resolve my problem as soon as a admit to have a post paid connection. When i didnot acquiesce to their request they at first told that i am using a sim assigned to someone else. I want to know how could is this possible when i myself had submitted my documents. After i insisted to get my sim back wihtout anypost paid account, they told me that it would take more than 15 days after i submit my documents. Now just tell me one thing if you could give me my sim back if i agree to your post paid reauest why could not is it possible without post paid connection. And in this competitive world where a sim is available for free within 5 minutes why would anyone wait for 15 days. There are some other very serious grievances against your store. I must say one thing that your customer care services is not in conformity of the expectation of your customer. My contact number is [protected].

Vodafone — Reg Bad experience and response for customer feelings in Vodafone

Dear Sir,
I am Madheswaran,working in Sales oriented concern for my career and monthly income.My mobile no[protected].without mobile i cant earn single rupee. I am with vodafone past 5 years .Past 4 years i use this connection as a prepaid account and i spend monthly Rs800/- as average for recharge .i had a cal from vodafone telecaling dept for switch prepaid to postpaid ,they convinced me by available offer in postpaid and that wil reduced the monthly recharge amount So I switch to Postpaid with deposit Rs.500/- with nearly 800 calls/minites free.

My bill date is every month 14th.
Due date ;1st of every month.


I received bill Rs.600-650 andregularly I paid continue , some time after the due date with fine .


Last Month month I went to Mumbai for my business purpose on 20.04.11.I failed to pay bill so they stop the roaming facility 3 days I faced so many problem without incoming and outgoing on 10th May as first time.

I reached Tamilnadu 12th May and i cleared the all dues and extra Rs.200/- because cutomer care people said my un billed amount cross the limit.
Again they bar outgoing as a second time reason is your un billed amount cross the limit. at that time I am not receive the bill copy by mail or hard copy but they are said it will take 3 days from bill generation and they convey the bill amount as Rs.1476/- when I contact the customer care.

Directly I travel nearly 20 .k m,.I paid Rs.800/- and activate the out going but my bill due date is 1.06.11.

I received the bill in my address on 20.05.11,there is no itemized bill and the late payment fees is Rs.100/-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if they dont charged fine i wont cross the limit 2 more days and my outgoing may also continue .

and today my out going bar as third time immediately i contact customer care .

1.I request and beg her check my due date 1st next month in the un b illed amount i have so much calls available as free so release the outgoing til my due date or i will pay it by 2 da ys advance,she said system generate i cant do any favour for you and your feelings again I visit vodafone store(Saibaba colony,coimbatore) i explain these thing Manager(Mr.Balaji) by 20 km travel ,he relesed my out going on condition basis for 2 days only.

So I face lot of problem with customer care high bp,tension,head ache, business loss,loss of petrol 3 times in a month.

I wil clear all my dues on or before my due date because this no is must to my business .I am asking some question?

1. who will response to lose of my business,travel expense(petrol waste)to visit vodafone care 3 times?.
2.tension ,high bp when I speak with customer care regarding my out going bared?
3.5 days my out going bared and 3 days no incoming call so what is rental discount ,because the rental is for a month only i select?
4.why you dont send me the itemized bill especily for this month only ?
5.Unbilled amount cross limit(Where you will reduce the 800 free call discount per month )and what is the use of deduction of free calls amount after bill generation?
6.What is use of the Rental is nearly Rs.400/- After outgoing bared?.

Final but not least!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where is the option to speak with customer care directly in ivrs?(I am 5 years customer of Vodafone!!!! for this no)


I have spend to send this mail half an hour ,Is is very necessary in the peak business scherdule?????

Useless and mannerless customer care executive
I am Nasreen one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Delhi, no one is sincere here in working.
i got this no postpaid on Jun-20-2011 first they told me the wrong information about the plan they told me that you can use 3g service on your mob in just rs 95/- when i call to customer care centre they told me there is no plan like this you are telling.Finally i asked about the internet plan on my no and confirm them can i use this on my PC also they confirmed me yes you can use. they activated the internet on my no. I called to customer care centre on Jul-02-11 at 12.40 am for details how to connect with my PC. First i talked to Mr Dev he told me the details but it was not connnected i called again then one of the executive name was abhinav picked up the ph and hold that after few minutes he disconnected the call. I made call them again then a person picked up the ph they were shouting too much when i asked whats your name he told me dheeraj is my name and asked me whats your name mam i told my name then he asked whats your age i was shocked and told him why are you asking about my age i have an query regarding voda he asked do you use facebook can i talk to u on that i shouted on him and i gave my cell to my brother when my brother said hello dheeraj was abusing him and talked to him very bad manners and disconnected the call. After that i made call again to ask about dheeraj then karan picked up the call and when my brother asked about dheeraj he told him his shift is over he is not here my brother told i just talked to him and you are lieng he disconnected the call.Finally i made call again and talked to mr deepak singh he transffered my cal to his senior me ravi bhan and i told him all the situation he assured me that i will take action against this and confirm you till tomorrow evening. I sad ok from next day i am making a call to customer care centre but my call is not connecting i dont know what they took the action against them. I want justice and i dont want to use this service anymore and want to close out this.
please give me a justice.

That incident gave me a bad impression about the Vodafone Customer Care Centre.
1) I want to know the purpose of Vodafone Customer Care Centre’s kept across the country. Is it to fool the Customers and to collect revenue for the company only?
2) Why Vodafone Customer Care Department which is having an international Brand image doesn’t train the Customer Care Centre Executives how to behave with the customers?

my husband has bought a vodafone sim numbered [protected]. and he was expired on 26th January 2011, And I want to switch over that number to my son. and I went vodafone stores and submitted the documents what they want in June 2011. But still date they did not respond for that. Still any incoming call on that vodafone number as "unknown call". they assured within 48 hours the defect will be rectified. am very much upset of your service.

I agree with you in toto. I also got billed for downloads, even though I have never used their net services. They have all kinds of complaint forms which we have to download and then send them over to get their so-called Docket No., which they have not yet sent.their 111 is not helpful when complaints are there. They are only in revenue generating mode!! High time matter is taken to Consumer Court, but then the said courts never compensate the actual costs of the time spent...C.J.Patel

telling u they are not going to do anything for their customers.. we have to fight for us without voda help.. if they are not listening to you or if they are not doing job properly just ask voda customer care for a complaint form nerest to u and then write queries on that form, lastly post it to the nodle officer o[censored]r zone... the address of the nodle officer o[censored]r zone is available at the vodafone's website..
nodle oficer is the highest authority of zone..
I am availing the vodafone mobile services for the last 5 years. Since last 2 years I have been paying them throough direct ECS transfer. For the last couple of months they started sending some executive for collection of payment. I requested the customer care to send me the ECS form for direct payment through my credit card. Last month their executive came and got the ECS form signed by me. Unfortunately this month customer care said that ECS transaction is not updated in their records. I find this share negligence of their local collection representing company called M/s Honour Voice, New Mahavir Nagar, New-Delhi.

I am so much pitched off with the attitude of Vodafone customer care, I am planning to switch over from Vodafone to Airtel services. May Airtel is much more professional than them.

today i called the same for more than 5 time for my single complain but they ignored it all the time... they put me on Hold for 45 min. n above...
saying they are transfrin my call to Senior Xcecutive, ... I HATE VODAFONE...!! And i Regret myself for using d same...!!
i evn put the complain in Many diffrnt Consumer Formz but didn't get any replies !!...
I knw they dnt care ... but Blive me they 'll have to pay for it soon...

am T Vivekanandan who using my no [protected] for nearly more than 5 yrs i got this number as a postpaid number and than i migrated the same as a prepaid and now again wanted to change for my convenient and i did so on 21st at mandavelli vodafone store and given all the docs and details
but your verification wala simply did not check properly in to my address and finished his work as if doorlocked. it is 100% false because my old mother always in my home moreover am living there more than 4 decades.
and even the mandaveli store people told they send the verification guy to my office and they hitherto did-not come. killing someone's time is really stupidity and in that way your services lags

I am not able to contact to vodafone customer care. I dialed 111 and 198 but no response(i.e. my request is send to main menu again and again)
I thought vodafone is good but now I think my old operator airtel was best.

Vodafone — useless service/Poor

Hi,

i have a corporate connection and for any complain we have mail them and they reply after two days fine.

but now they dont reply to any of your query and call back when they say they will assist you in 2 working days.

i am have problem from past 20 days dont yet received even a single call or reply on mail.

very poor service. Must suggest you not to buy vodafone ever.

they replaced my sim coz of there poor conectivity and since that day my net is not working coz of their fault and till date its not repaired . anyhow am not gonna use vodafone or never gonna suggest any one to use vodafone.
