Vodafone — caller tune activated without request. not deactivating it despite requests

On my prepaid phone number [protected], the caller tune has been activated for several months without any request from me. I am charged for it by way of reduction of credit in my pre paid account. the service has not been deactivated evn after several complaints. Vodafone is trying to make it as hard to complain as possible.

In some strange way vodafone has activated caller tune since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.
I would like the caller tune to be stopped immediately. My phone number is [protected]

Suddenly, my caller tune has been changed to some marathi song, WITHOUT my permisson ...

I had activated caller tune before 15 days back my balance had been reduced but still caller tune is activated its simply ringing normolly.i had given complaint so many times after that i am unable to talk to customer care because when i am calling [protected] & 111 it is not connected to customer care.kindly solve my problem first of give details clearly about every thing customer needs.
