[Resolved] Vodafone — fraud by vodafone | |||
My number([protected]) was deactivated on 21st April without my permission by vodafone . On 20th may i had complaint about my number at vodafone store model town bareilly and then at zonal office bareilly then at main delhi office. It was deactivated by vodafone employee and he/she converted that number to idea with an other person's id proof which is a crime. i haven't got my number till now. The vodafone employees were not able to solve this case and they were not giving my number back. i have full proof that this is my number. Yes, I am totally agree with you about your dissatisfaction and case of 420 .When anybody working with big giant like this, employee rather than giving good customer service they become boss of company and making neglegence of duty .
this is not the quetion of 25o RS . this is the questionb of integrity, business ethics and corporate citizenship.
today is the question why this type of big companmy not taking care of customers.
this same company in uk follow strict rules and regulation and giving good customer services.
You must complain to the consumer forum and second thing do all coressponedce through mail, other wise they will deny your phone callls.

i have paid 700/- Rs. in cash to vodanfoneo executive officer mr, ankit k.from S. k. marketing 202, 2nd floor, radha silk mill compound 30 parsi panchayat road,, next to tata aig bldg., andheri east , mumbai for providing two number in respective mobile they promise to give my choice no. now neither they providing me the number i want nor they give my money back
i request to take some action in the matter

S K marketing.Very pathetic and unprofessional services these guys are offering. They took money from me two weeks back and still my new no is not activated. Now from past 1 week none of the guys are not picking up my call. including their owner. The no published on this website also not picking up the call. Seems they all are fraudster.
Went through mental harrasment from these bunch of loosers. Initially they are begging me to took new no and now all are disapeared. Please beaware from them. Useless fellows

My Mobile No.is [protected] with lifetime free plan. I had taken your Plan 3 GB (VL+VMC)@198 on 23 Feb.2011 and your executive said that its speed is 100-125kbs.but when i was used this service its speed was 10-20kbs again i called vodafone care the suggested me after 15-20 calls for disconnect this service because they have no better signal in this area, so i disconnected this service.Now they sent me the bill of Rs.477 copy attached.
You are request to disconnect my no. with immediate efftect.Also i won't pay any extra charge which you have sent or any late fee which you will charge me after this mail.
Dear Consumer Court: Please help me for the same.

I wanted your help again in January 2013, this time for Vodafone.
As I working with Justdial Ltd, Vodafone provide CUG number to Justdial employees. Initially I had purchased Rs. 99 rental plan but when released that Rs. 199 rental plan is best for me because of local calls.
I had sent a mail regarding the same on the dated 14/Aug/12 to >> himanshu.[protected]@vodafone.com (Relationship Manager) >> cc to CORPORATECAREDEL. Mail attached for your reference.
I have got a revert from Himanshu >> Will be done from next billing cycle.
I am using online payment mode to pay most of the bill like Vodafone that's why I hardly see the hard copy of Vodafone bill. I paid my bill when I got SMS from Vodafone regarding the bill payment.
But when I got continuously high amount of bill, I saw hard copy of Vodafone December2012 bill, BILL PLAN is yet to be changed.
Because of Himanshu Kumar mistake I am suffering since August2012.
Kindly help me out.

I called Vodafone Care they say that they are happy to help but in reality no one was happy. They kept me waiting for 52 minutes before they transfered my line to to Pawan Deep Singh working as senior official with Vodafone. He told me that he can't do anything and it's my mistake that I have recharged through ICICI. I am a normal customer it's there duty to keep ICICI updated. He misbehaved with me.
I need my money back since it's clear case of fraud Vodafone can reverse the transaction but they are not doing it. It's clear case of 420, disrespect of customer & unwillingness to help.
I have decided to move to consumer court regarding all this and claim maximum of Rs 10 lakhs for irritating me and misbehaving.
