This is to inform u that ur services are going bad to worst for customer service.
I have spoken to many of agents how do not speak good english and do not know how to speak to customers. i had call on the 14/02/2013 regarding my balance deduction, i was not provided any information, they agents were very rude.when ever i want to speak to a TL they says that they are transferring the call but the call does not transferred they just keep me on hold, your agents are also abusive. how do you'll work. it has to be professional, i am using your service from the past 7 year and this is what i get in return pathetic service, please hire some good agents (Professional), so that when any calls up they feel like speaking to them.

Please improve your service.

This is my first bill and i got cheated i got a MNP plan by vodafone of rs 149 Rental
as i know this is the only plan on my no but after two or three days i got a sms by vodafone that 3g plan has been activated on my no i shocked that i did not make any request for data plan still they activated this 3g plan yet i talked to customer care and told them to deactivate 3g data plan, they told me with in 24 hour it will be deactivated Almost five to six times i make complaint to deactivate data plan finally they told that its deactivated And your bill will be generated as per your monthly plan

after one month my billing amount is 329 in which data plan is included

How vodafone can activate any plan on a customer no without customer will.
nobody giving response, customer time is useless for care executive they put call on hold up to 10 to 15 min and finally cut the phone, is this the way Vodafone treating its customers, I am using other network also but have never seen this kind of behavior in other network

I am going to port my no to previous network and if vodafone will do like that no one would port in vodafone even not try to buy new connection

I will suggest to my entire colleague and relative that never goes for Vodafone

I Sumeet Raina, getting a serious problem. My outgoing & incoming has benn de-avctivated, b'coz of my bill 1160. And i submitted my bill 08th of apr by the amt of 500, then again i submitted the bill of 200 on 09th apr, & for the third time i pay 200 on 10th apr, but the ougoing & incomg have not started yet. I spoke to customer care no & had a word with a girl named Ritu, she was very rude to me & said that your no will not start if you do not pay your pending payment of the amt 150 rs. Is this the way to talk to your regular customer??? And only becoz of 150 rs, you have de-activated my no.
