[Resolved]  Vodafone — improper service for SMS

i hv been using vodafone sim since lst month, and i have activated sms pack of 30 Rs.
according to your customer care exicative, we can check our no. of left sms by calling to customer care.
i used to confirm my left sms twice a day.i did so for two days .
then suddenly my calls for customer care were blocked and reason given to me by exicative was that due to useless calls of mine these services are blocked for "15 DAYS".its not a short period of time sir/mam.
now if i need to check my left msg, i cant check them out.
and moreover when i tried to call to customer care from other no. some one named "YOGESH" from your customer care exicative kept my call on hold for 10min. without telling me.then then i need to cut the call.
so sir, my request to you is that -
PLZ CREATE A SPECIAL NO.(means as we have *141# for checking balance)TO CHECK UP NO. OF SMS LEFT, (AS OTHER cellular COMPANIES DO).
i hope my compalint is worthyful to you, and it will surely reach to concerned authorities.
sir/mam plz do create a no. to check sms's left.

Vodafone SIM — bad services

am sms user and i always recharge my care with 35 rs sms coupon but from past 2 weeks vodafone deactivating my services. Even iam having around 300 sms free but my services are ban and my sms are chargeble. I have calledup in vodafone customer care and that was very bad and rude response, no one listening my problem and was saying that iam telling lie.


am very fedup because of very bad response from executive side.

please help me out

i could not recieve and even send msgs to cdma phones such as virgin mobiles, tata indicom etc. i have even brought this to the notice of vodafone customer care centre and registered my complaint several times but there is no action taken up by the company...almost it has been one month i am facing this problem.i would like to request you to take necessary action and rectify my problem
My out going SMS is not working. Pl. do needful.
the vodafone compny has can activate any service without any apply for me. and disturb at 24 hour they have call for apply the caller tune. i have deactive the sim and get a new conection of airtel

My Name Is Ajay Sharma My Mobile No is [protected]. I Am Facing sms Related Problem Since 29 April.I Cannot Send Any STD Sms Reply Either Pending Or Failed After 24 Hrs. I Do Everything Such Handset Reset,Change The Sim In Another, Sms Configuration. But It Can't Solved. Vodafone People Cannot Listen Me. Please Help Me

Now The Very Funny Thing Is They Are Charging 50 Paisa For 3 Min. To Vodafone Customer Care. Its Free For Before 3rd april. Yeh galat hai apne service provider se baat karne ke liye bhi paise dene padeng?

SIM — For service

I lost my SIM number as [protected] or [protected] and want again for use. I have submit my photo ID and purchase blank SIm as RSN[protected]-5967 and RSN[protected]-5975. But Your sitapur office was not start services. I personally called to Your RM on dated 8th July 2010 and requested him for the providing the services. But he is not able to gave the services. Please see my problem and resolve it immidiately.
