[Resolved] Vodafone — Data Usage charged beyond my free limit | |||
Dear Vodafone, I have been using Vodafone corporate connection for the past 5 years ([protected]) I have started using a new no just for data usage 3G ([protected]) along with a tata docomo 3G stick I have been charges a amount equiv of 12,000 for the data usage for approx 10+ GB of data usage which they charges happily @ 2p/10kb, whereas i used about 11+ GB in tata indicom where my charges were about 1,000 As a customer i want my cost to be as minimal as possible. I wanted a plan where beyond my free usage my speed needs to be reduced to 2G from 3G and charges dont incur additionally beyond the specified limit. The key difference between a tata and vodafone is that vodafone pays no heed to customer service. whats they need is money money and money and dissatisfied customer Why the hell in my senses i will take a plan where they keep on charging me @ 3g rates beyond my limits. I am OK with speed reduction rather than cost increase Now our beloved vodafone has slammed a legal notice .. I emailed Mr Gaurav Desai sending my tat docomo bill as well as vodafone bill ..
