Hello sir, My name is Rajendra Sawane and my Mobile No. is 9158645564. I had recharged my mobile just befor 2 days by Rs. 300/- . But immediately Vodafone deducted the whole amount Rs. 300/- from my mobile balance.I don’t know the reason why Vodafone has deducted my balance. I have not subscribed any of your scheme such as songs, hello tunes etc. I called to your customer care but no proper reply has been given by them. So I request you please refund my deducted amount Rs. 300/- immediately. Otherwise forcibly I will stop your sim service and will go for other company’s sim.

I AM SUBSCRIBER OF VODAFONE BEARING 09985179879. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT.
I RECEIVED A SMS THROUGH SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR OFFER ON RECHARING WITH RC 75 FOR WHICH AN OFFER FOR FREE VODAFONE LOCAL CALLS WOULD BE GIVEN TO THE SUBSCRIBER UPON RECHARING, BUT TO MY AMAZE, THE FREE LOCAL VODAFONE OFFER IS MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT AND MADE COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SAME.

MY COMPLAINT No. IS 953118544, WHICH IS STILL DUE AND NOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT THE APPROPRIATE DEDUCATED AMOUNT.

THE COMPLAINT No. BEARING 953118544 AND 951084740 IS STILL NOT RESOLVED..


pLEASE HELP AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION..
 
I am a costumer of Vodafone and my number is +919988682857.I recieved a message from the company "Hello!we are happy to activate vodafone alerts VA_NEW1 on your vodafone obile.Rs30 will be deducted as monthly rental . To deactivate dial *123*31# ". I called costumer care and told why Rs30 was deducted and they told that i had activated the service which i didn`t. He assured me that amount will be returned within 2 days but it didn't come back. when i contacted the costumer care center in my city the concern person told me to have legal action against us.so kindly advice me about it
 
i am on roaming.. and suddenly i got a message from vodafone that as per your request CRBT service has been activated on your number & rs30 has been deducted as monthly rent.. just before that i got message that your request for activation of caller tune has been registered please ensure minimum balance of rs 30 as monthly charge, and just before that i got message from number 59876 that "are dwarpalo kanhaiya se keh do" has been set as your caller tune for 90 days.. i never requested any caller tune this is so embarrassing and it really hurts.. i need my balance back as i am on roaming and no recharge option is available here.. now i have negative 33 rs balance now.. i need to call my parents in emergency.. and there is no other phone available right now. please consider this complaint and provide me justice because this is not for the first time. thankyou

they guys r just activating any useless services on my vodafone no i have not activated any services
and deducted 109rs from my cell.
 
my balance was Rs 11.03.after sometime i saw that the balance is Rs -10.68. without any reason.

yesterday night i was surfing net on mobile phone. at that time there was no deduction of may mobile balance but today when i have check my balance i was shoked because my balance was minus 90rup approx.plz solve my problem because i am feeling tention why my balance has been deduct.plz sir my mobile no is 9792847675

i activted a service named "friends n family".according to this pack,my call rate to a particular number should now be 20paise /minute.i was deducted rs15 instantly from my balance.n after 2 days when i made a call,i was charged as per previous call rate.after asking to customer executive,i was informed that this service cannot b activated on my number at present,due to availablity of some other service.i asked to refund my service charges,rs 15.n he denied.why should i pay for the service ,i am not being offered.i made a call of whose i was required to be charged 2 rs.but i was charged rs13 ,due to unactivated service.i was not at all informed about the non-avaialblility of the service.i want refund of the balance,i have been deducted.

my Mob no:9538430072. I did recharge 95 rupee to my vodafone number on 25th aug 2010 at 10am for Monthly GPRS pack. I got 0 rupee as talk time so after 2 hours i started internet using APN:www. But later i checked my balance it deducted from 84 rupee to 61 rupee so i called to CC they told after 24 hours service will be activated so i continued to use internet after 24 hours but still my balance is deducting and also they blocked my number to call CC. Plz Help me....

I HAVE VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO IS 9991288181.ON 14TH OCT NIGHT, I ACTIVATED A VODAFONE GPRS PLAN OF RUPESS 4, IN WHICH WE GET 40 MB FREE USAGE FOR A DAY. AND AFTER ACTIVATION WHEN I USED THE GPRS ABOUT 15 MIN MY BALANCE WAS CHARGED AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED ON 16.WHEN I CONTACTED VODAFONE ESECUTIVE, I WAS TOLD THAT I MIGHT HAVE FINISHED 40 MB THAT WHY MY BALANCE STARTED DEDUCTING,BUT SIR MY QUESTION IS THAT IN 15 MIN NO CAN DOWNLOAD 40 MB WHEN THE SPEED IS NOT MORE THAN 5 KB/SEC AND THEN WHEN I TOLD THEM ABOUT THIS THEY ALSO AGREED AND TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 24 HRS & IT WILL BE RECTIFIED, AFTER 24HRS, WHEN AGAIN I CALLED, I WAS AGAIN ASKED TO WAIT, THIRD TIME, I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE USED INTERNET & HAVE DOWNLOADED MORE THAN 40 MB. Dear Sir/Madam,


This is Ranjan Ranganath V my Mobile no is +91 9986129261 today I recharged my no for Rs 95.00 this is been done for the recharge for handset based Internet. which was done at time 05-01-11. 7.43 Pm Indian Time. after the same is done I have logged into the internet. for the same I have been charged and my balance has been gone to negative balance. Now I am not abel to call any one.

After this Incident I called customer care for the complaint on the same. 1st time when I called the one of the person informed me that he will connect the call to the concerned department and disconnected my call. the second time when I called them the one who tried to solve my problem was Abhinav as they do not mention there employee code I am not able to mention here. he said the company will reimburse me the money been deducted by 24 hours after getting the SMS conformation. I have not received any conformation on through SMS till now.

If there are any emergencies I cannot call any one now and I will be losing my internet Validity by days. as because of there mistake. and this is not the first time it is happening to me last time also it happened the same and around 5 days they have taken to reiumburse my amount and I did not get the extended validity also.

Please do find the details of the recharge code KK10311951984. recharge done through easy recharge.


Please do take the necessary action and please do the needful to me.

i am residing in raigarh cg.automatically balance are deduct from my account.complaining to vodafone customer care they reply with the reason that it was roaming charges i am in cg how can they charge of roaming ..plz clearify me or return my money.....

I have a Vodafone Prepaid Cell bearing No. 9919419031. A few minutes back a sum of Rs. 80.00 is deduted from my balance. I did not called any no. but when I checked my redial list I found a no. 56730 against which the above amount has been deducted. I am continuosly calling the Vodafone Customer Care but there is no response from their side.I want to know the full information about this number and why an amount of Rs. 80.00 is deducted from my balance amount.I want to get the refund of Rs. 80.00 from the company.

Kindly do the refund as soon as possible

I am just Fred up with this Vodafone service in NCR region,on 20th June 2011,morning near 11 am i got a message regarding activation of caller tune,i was shocked,when i checked my balance immediately Rs. 30 was deducted from my Account,after that continuously 3-4 messages come one of was regarding caller tune "YOU And I" that is Vodafone song,and again i checked my balance Rs.15 deducted more from my balance(30+15=45)immediately i called to customer care..but they don't even know their work after trying hard i was able to talk to some Satish who lodge my complaint against Reference no 2198609590.n told me that i"l get it my refund in 72 hr.but after 3 days on 23 June i tried them to talk to them but they were saying we cant refund your money,asking the reason they told me for that talk to our Sr. manager but the worst thing is they put me hold on 1 hr.,45 min,sometimes 1more than 1 hr...but as a result i have to disconnect it..again making a call one CE said there is nothing like this complaint...i am now helpless somebody help me i am just Fred up with dis service.My cell no is 9711915375

Dear Sir,
I have a vodafone no. 9411978999. it was BSNL no. I switch to vodafone by usew of MNP. Now I m facing lots of problems of deduction of money from my cellphone. like activation of unnecessary services or like unnecessary deduction of main balance. I was surfing with my pc by data cable which was connected with my mobile. I got a message that I have finished my limit of 35 mb of free usage of data. Then I disconnect my phone and checked the balance. My balance was Rs. 20 yet. After 1 and half hour I was going to make a call than I found that my balance was in minus Rs. 140.25. I have also complain in vodafone and I got a complain no. 2208819760. and I informed that my balance will be returned till 27th of July, 2011 at 6:00 PM.

I m still waiting for my deducted balance. and I n requesting to Indian customers to avoid vodafone and to switch to airtel or BSNL.
