Pathetic services from vodafone rajasthan Nodal Officer, Mr. Ashutosh Chavan as well as Appealt officer, Mr. C.B. Rajesh. They are not responding to the reminder mails sent and also not answering to the phone calls made to them....God knows, how much busy they are. Or, they pretending to be busy.... Still, I had not heard any thing from the concerns... even I think that I am just wasting my time, writing here...
Strongly agree with Vodafone behaviour. Even escalated to Nodal and appelate officers...No reply. Their services have become pathetic. Am forced to switch to Airtel for my Blackberry services even though my vodafone number is very old and cant afford to just disconnect it anytime. I have now kept this vodafone number for incoming only in my nokia basic cellphone.
