Dear Vodafone

I am using vodafone connection ([protected]) 7 years & ([protected]) 16 yrs.
But now i am facing a problem with this connection billing.
I recently got my blackberry services activated on this number. At the time of activation i was told by your customer care exicutive that ill b charged only for the downloading n surfing is free of cost. But now as i have to got bill in it Rs.4608.30 is charged for surfing & Rs.15 for download.

firstly I marked a complaint in customer care , but they failed to give me any satisfactory answer.And even they kept me on hold for 20 mins saying seniors are not available.He was very rude on call.
Secondly I wrote two mails to customers servising ID (vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) even then their was no revert accept acknowledgement mail.
Thiredly I visited your store in C-45, okhla. Nitin registerd my complain (Complain ID[protected] on 8-july. He promised it would be resloved in 48hr.
even after 48hr, I am runing after them asking to resovle the issue. If i call customer care they have no update on my complain & seniors are never available.

I am really annoyed with the Billing problem and realtionship we have shared for 8yr. After every hour I am getting a call from vodafone saying payments are due.
I want you to look into matter and unnecessary charges to be refunded back to me on my bill.Now i want that you take some necessary action other wise i will have to stop using all my connection without pay the bill. And other vodafone numbers also.([protected] & [protected])

Vodafone — faulty deduction of balance

sir i have a mobile no. [protected]
i rechargd 50 r.s. on the same day. and i had a around 78 r.s. balance on 10th july
i was in roaming in delhi and i had b'day on 11th july so i recharged
bt at 11pm on 10th july, a callertune service and vodafone free music minutes service....get activated itself
and my whole balance gone to 0 r.s......making it that nobody could call me on my b'day
i have nt recieved any call from vodafone and i did not activated anuy service then why vodafone did it with me
i took vodafone as i believe it as a best service
bt i cant understand why vodafone did this to me
this is very bad from ur side

Vodafone — Deduction of money from balance

Hello ,
This is just to bring to the notice of everybody that what a cheat the Vodafone company is and how they don't value their customers. I had been out of India for some time and carried my cell n they automatically activated my international roaming without I being aware of it not only that they deducted Rs99 from my prepaid account even for the next month without any intimation this shows how pathetic the service is I hope some action can be taken against it.
