Vodafone — Regular consequent false transactions by vodafone
Vodafone has now started a business of cheating its customers.I feel that in order to increase their sales volume they impose their products on customers without customer's consent.I am one of the victims of the same.Below are the details to what exactly happened to me.Product Name Charges
1.Music Rs 30----- I did not request..now a days we have hi-tech phones then why the hell wud we listen to their music and that to after spending 30 odd bucks
2.Miss Call Alerts Rs[protected]I did not request...
3.Caller Tune Rs. 30------I did not request..
I even called customer care numerous times but din get a substantial feedback.I am fed up of the services of Vodafone and now thinking to switch to some other service provider.
Are their any other victims then please support me bcos i am definitely going to take a strict action against the company if i don't get a substantial reply from them.
I am having the same problem, without my consent caller tune is set and Rs 30 deducteds from account
Vodafone — Mobile Connection: SMS Charges
I have a mobile connection with Vodafone. My Vodafone number is [protected] and my Relationship number is 4.8618.00.00.100004.I have received Vodafone bill: Bill date: 20.06.10, Bill period: 20.05.10 to 19.06.10. Bill number: [protected]
I have been charged Rs.589.05 for messages. As per the bill, all these SMS are sent to no: 52425.
Please note that we have not sent any SMS to this number. We had called Vodafone helpline number and also sent thme emails. They haveinformed us that we are charged for the Flash sms which appears on the screen and prompts for more details on the given subject blinking on the screen and when the same is selected Rs 3 is charged each time for thereference and hence the charges are valid and cannot be waived off.
This is absolute nonsense. In the first palce, we never called vodafone for this service. They have added this service on their own. On top of that they mentioned that we can call them and close this additional service.
We are planning to clsoe the Vodafone connection. We had a very bad experience with vodafone.

Vodafone — incoming message barring
Hello Sir,I am having a issue in receiving message. I called vodafone customer care thrice, every time they are telling the issue in handset contact handset dealer.
I have contacted the handset dealer and they said the issue is with service provider. Since there is no option to bar message in cell, we cant do anything.
I conveyed this to customer care, they are not agreeing it. for past one month i struggling with this issue.
With some other SIM number,i am able to recieve message.
I wonder why Vodafone customer care is not accepting it.
If any one solution plz let me know.
