[Resolved]  Vodafone Kolkata / Prepaid — Useless customer care/nodel and other

Hi all,
I am a Kolkata based prepaid customer (number [protected]) and have been facing a problem regarding my recharge.
I used ICICI and citi Banking services to recharge my mobile. I recharged my phone through ICICI Internet online prepaid mobile. The money was taken away from my account but no talktime was credited to my
vodafone acount.
I called up at Vodafone Care and the executive told me that its a temporary problem and would be rectified in one day, but the next day also I have the same problem. I have spoken to Vodafone Care executive wherein the executive told me that the problem would be solved within next 24 hours. The very next day when I called Vodafone to know the solution of my problem, the executive told me that it is in process and asked me to call later. The same process has kept running since then and I got the same response . Another executive asked me to drop into a Vodafone Shop as they could not do anything else but give me a new complaint number. I contact to nodel officer in Kolkata Dipamita Das she reply " Thank you for your e-mail regarding your Vodafone number [protected]. We have registered your feedback vide service registration number[protected]. At the onset, we regret the inconvenience caused to you.
We hope that we have been able to address your query satisfactorily." but after 3 month I didn't get any response from there.
Another problem is that one executive "Mr. Supratim Ghosh" provided wrong information about recharge voucher and didn't take any complain.
Overall my experience is so bad.
During this process the behaviour of the excutives and nodels was not tolerable and SaTISFACTORY as i have called the VODAFONE the world's most reknowned telecom giant.
The company moto is "HAPY TO HELP" I think it will be "UNHAPPY TO HELP" or "IF FACE PROBLEM FORGET THEM"

dear sir / madam,
i am debajyoti ray, a vodaphone customer .since few months i am watching that a certain amount of my vodaphone prepaid account balance has been deducted by your company .yesterday i told this matter to Mr koushik ( a customer care executive ) . from him i knew that in every month your company will deduct 50 Rs from my account for vodaphone alarts .i am requesting you that donot send any alart in my phone & don't deduct any amount from my prepaid balance from next month .

I have been a vodafone prepaid customer since 2006 and I had used Airtel prepaid Services before . Airtel's customer service was even more pathetic than Hutch's ( now known as "Vodafone" ) . Vodafone as an organization is unmatchable with it's commitments except for the fact that all the facts are fictitious and false . This in lame man's terminology would be termed as a " trickster's tricks to cheat and fool people " . No matter that the customer care executives ( taking inbound calls ) are given no authority, they are not trained enough to speak to customers and the Managers are Bold enough to say that they even can't Help when they do the callbacks . The Business Process of Vodafone Prepaid services are requested to be reviewed based on the false commitments and confusing tariff / Bonus card plans that are displayed on their website . I don't expect anything to change in the Indian Customer service patterns, but am strongly annoyed at the fact that the quality of Customer service provided to the Customers from abroad by Indian Customer Service agents and the way it is different for Indian Customers when they have to speak to Indian Customer service agents . Vodafone as an organization not transparent and loyal to it's loyal customers who are old customers of this service for more than
7 years now .
I have not been helped satisfactorily by a vodafone customer service agent ever but am still a vodafone prepaid customer just because I know it's not just Vodafone as an organization but the Customer Service provided to Indian Customers by any organization is not upto the Basic, Normal, Acceptable International Standards .

I am hopeful of the fact that the time spent in writing in these forums is completely useless but just wanted everyone to know that To Expect anything from Customer Service in India is still a crime .

Vodafone Prepaid — Cell provider is useless

I've purchsed a vodefone no. with a cell model "228 FM". The battery back up shown on papers was high and some instructions was given in manual. I've followed all of them. Bt still its giving very less performance than expectaion. The mobile phone was pricing Rs. 2400 in which i was able to get some good mobile.

Its really useless as i m field executive and on talk battery is very low which is suffering my business.

vodafone cell model no.228 FM — vodafone cell

dear sir,
On 18th march 2009 i have given my vodafone cell model no.228 FM for repairing as lines are shown on the screen automatically to VODAFONE CENTRE PREET VIHAR (DELHI) they told me to give my cell on 26th march 2009 but till i dont get my cell back.please look into the matter and reply me as soon as possible.

Vodafone — Excess deduction on prepaid voucher

Sir,

It is found that Excess amount is deducted from my phone even if I made no call from my phone. Please verify it and do the needful.

I got surprised to receive another bill dt. 21.12.2009. I strongly feel that there has been some mistake in preparation of the bill which you will please rectify early and I desire disconnect my said mobile number with immediate effect. Thanking you.

I am Dwaipayan Mukherjee, my Mobile no. is [protected]. I recharged my phone with Rs. 34/- and Rs. 54/- power card on 14th February 2010. But from today ie 18th February 2010 I am charged Rs. 1/- per minute for calling any number. I call 111 but they don't help me. Now I want to activate the previous two power card of Rs. 34/- and Rs. 54/-. This is for your information and to take necessary action. If no action then I am sorry to leave your connection and take another line.

I want to the caller tune codes of the song MONER DARJA KHULE DILAM, singer- ALKA YAGNIK, Bengali song. I want to set it as my mobile caller tune. My mobile no. is [protected]. Please, set the caller tune my mobile.
I recharged with 98- for internet use. Till 16/5/11 there was no deduction of balance on internet use due to 98-topup. On 17/5/11 at evening while using internet for about half an hour my connection was cut. i had balance of over Rs80- . i checked my balance which showed negative balance of Rs59. i recharged with 150-+150 ie Rs300- .But my balance showed only 159- instead of 240- after deducting the negative balance. Within half an hour it showed Rs130. Its a simple cheating of Rs80+170 ie Rs250- which is simply not possible. My mob no. is [protected] an am using it from 2005. I think after mobile number portability, it is time to say goodbye to Vodafone. I tried to contact cust care but no use. I wonder why big names do not care for their reputation.
