Vodafone prepaid balance is reduced abruptly. - Vodafone
I recharged my Vodafone number with amount of Rs351 (full talktime) on 26thSep2011, and got the message as Recharge successful. Talktime is Rs351. Then it was written that my account balance after recharge is Rs35.1.
The same thing happened again when I recharged on 29thSep2011, and this time after successful recharge my balance shown was Rs34.68. So after a whole lot of confusion I called the Complaint section (198) of vodafone. When I told them my problem, and asked them to check my balance, they told they don't have the facility to check the balance and gave me some lame excuses that the amount was cut due to internet usage, as shown by there system. I tried to explain him that the recharge successful message itself told that "recharged with Rs351 and Balance is Rs35.1". So where in the world internet is comming in between.
SO I have 2 issues to complain:
1) Why is my balance auto reduced, even without any usage, and without any warning?
2) Why the customer care is so less equipped? Is is just to show that vodafone has a customer care, inspite of it not caring about the customers.
