[Resolved]  Vodafone — Unable to do easy recharge and online recharge for my number [protected]

I ported my number [protected] (Delhi-NCR) in August/September, 2011 from Airtel to Vodafone. Near by 18-19 April, 2012, i got sms from Vodafone that my documents are not submitted, and i need to submit documents within 48 hours to avoid call barring. But suddenly my outgoing and cli got blocked and my number got disabled next morning. I submitted documents and my number got acte. But my all gprs, sms, call rates plans got deavtivated.
But after 2-3 days, my recharge using easy-recharge or online got blocked. i talked to customer care many times and i got my first complaint no on 24 april, 2012. I even went to vodafone store many times, called customer care many times, sent emails to vodafone many times, received calls from vodafone care many times, but no solution has been provided to me till now.

Some of the reference number regarding my problem are:

everytime i gets the excuse that my request has been forwarded or recharge has beesn refreshed or i will get solution within 24 hours. I went to idea to port this no, but the message i received from vodafone is :" Hello! your porting request VD436345 dated 28apr12 has been rejected due to the number or range have connected for less than 90 days"
I am going to shift in different state after 7-8 days, then it will be impossible for me to recharge via coupons as coupons will not be available there. and for incoming in roaming, i need balance.

I am gonna file a case on vodafone in consumer court if my easy-recharge and online recharge will not work within 24 hours.
