improper deduction of balance

Dear sir,
i ,Anupam Bag is a prepaid customer of vodaphone (9733510216). they deduct Rs-45/- from my account on the basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response. I want my money back as early as possible
