I brought a VOX 4 sim mobaile from naaptol. My order no is # 4378837 date 11/07//2012
after getting it I use ony 15 days then that mob hang up autometicaly and lock key paid then aftere I contacted naaptol customer care and as per his instruction thy give me local shopkepar address in my location , i also somit my mob ph , date as 06/08/12, but still date my mob not working whin i contect him that shopkeper miss behve me I also contect the nopptal about that shopkepar thay r not respond anythings

I also contact 10-15 time to naaptol and alpha radio but no reply from them. I also tried to contact customer care no of alpha radio but it not working or nobody is picking up phone.
I personally suggest do not buy anything from naaptol very bad service.
Any body want to buy then Please contact me([protected]) before buy it. Naaptol people giving wrong information about this mobile
