[Resolved] Vox Mobile — Defective mobile phone delivered | |||
This is in reference to the order number [protected], I have ordered VOX mobile with triple SIM, I received the order on 21st Jan 2016, but unfortunately the mobile is defective. I informed the customer care for returning the same within 2 hrs of delivery. The customer care registered the complain and told me to talk with the brand and to issue a certificate for the same. They provided me three numbers but none of the numbers were working. I called customer care many times to inform them the same but they keep telling that I will get a call back and conference call will be done, but not its been a week nothing happened, neither I get any call nor my product is returned. This is really not acceptable as we are loosing trust in Shop CJ for sending such defective piece and not resolving the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
