I have bought new vox mobile phone and i am facing various problems. The mobile is of poor quality . Antenna was very loose and it eventually broken down itself. Mobile is not showing any sim card . The mobile do not contain those features which was shown in advertisement.The mobile have poor display quality. Te handset is for 4 sim card and it is unable to support even 1 sim. The sound quality is very poor . The charging slot is also broken...

This is in reference to the order number [protected], I have ordered VOX mobile with triple SIM, I received the order on 21st Jan 2016, but unfortunately the mobile is defective. I informed the customer care for returning the same within 2 hrs of delivery. The customer care registered the complain and told me to talk with the brand and to issue a certificate for the same. They provided me three numbers but none of the numbers were working....

after getting it I use ony 01 month then that mob autometicaly swiched off now its not strat then plz give me local service center no and address or contoct me my moble no [protected]

I have Purchased VOX Mobile phone wide your Inv no 839981/AP/0332572/[protected] dtd 10 jan 2015.With in 6 months the touch screen stopped working. I had lodged a complaint in the month of July. Your representative telephoned & said he wi mail me the address to which i should return the instrument, and it will be replaced with a fresh one. But till date he has not mailed me the address. Pl attend to the matter and arrange to send the address...

sir I have baying a mobile from NOPPTAL , vox –v810 , and use only 1 days then after that mob showing hang , than I call nopptal tool free no they give me a local survive number that was avhishek mobile and computer they repair and give me after 15 days and working only one days, Now that mobile showing problem like this , Then I call nopptal tool free number but no body one attend that...

after getting it I use ony 15 days then that mob hang up autometicaly and lock key paid then aftere I contacted naaptol customer care and as per his instruction thy give me local shopkepar address in my location , i also somit my mob ph , date as 06/08/12, but still date my mob not working whin i contect him...

i had purchase a vox mobile from homeshop 18 about four months ago,my order no is[protected], they did not give me any kind of information about the mobile battery number,charger number in the warrenty card. noe the mobile is not work properly because i have lost the charger.i complaint in every department of homeshop 18 but they are not ready to give me another charger though i am ready to give money of that, in my city this kind of mobile...
