I have taken the new data card from virti infocomm trough online but as they promised it is not activated within 4 hours. I called to RIM call center where i came to know that it will tajke atleat 72 hours for the activation. VIRTI IS NOT GIVING ANY RESPONSE TO ME AND USING UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR ON THE CALL. IT IS A FRAUD CASE DONE BY VIRTI.....................PLZ DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY...

TRUE, same happened with me but I know they make false commitments about activation because reliance or any other provider always ask for at least 48-72 hours for activation.

These guys commit 4 hours just to make sales and after that they go underground.

they are cheating lot of members by phone call,

same happended wid me even, these people try too fool customers, jst for there sales hike. Please take positive action for new customers that will come in future.
