[Resolved] Washing Machine — Poor quality of customer care | |||
Hi, This is to inform you that your customer service has become porr to Worse. I have logged a complaint on 26 March'10 (No.LUC[protected]) and same complaint was again logged on 29 March'10(LUC[protected]).Mobile no. from which complaint was logged in was [protected]. Till date I have got no response.No engineer has visited or called us for service. When called to Customer care Mr. Vimal,He refused to transfer my call to his floor manager or to a authorise person.The same happed today by Mr.Sushil he said I am transferring your call to my senior and put my call to hold and for 10 min continously my call was put on hold and then it was disconnected. I fail to understand why a senior person do not want to talk .Sitting in such a customer oriented envoirment this is a kind of service Electrolux people are giving. Customer service people are not ready to talk to customers...... Also to inform you this kind of treatment is totally not acceptable..I want my washing machine to be repaired immediately ... Also I do not hope of getting any response from this mail... I would be please of any senior person can speak to me and get the issue resolved .My mobile no. is mentioned below.
